Cute, clean shop with great prices in a convenient location in JoCo. Erin was super personable and we had great conversations while she provided and excellent service. I feel great about my eyebrows and lashes after meeting with her! She was sure to give me updates on what she was doing and the process of my services. I will definitely be visiting her again in the future!

Went for the first time this weekend and I am definitely going to keep coming back!! Erin did such an amazing job i’m in love with my results! It was so fast and she talks to you the whole time which helps you to not be so nervous. If you’re thinking about getting waxed, just do it!! It doesn’t hurt as bad as you think it does and the results are so worth it!!!!

I moved back to NC in November and was in need of a waxing place for a Brazilian. I was nervous because I've only ever had one person wax me since starting Brazilians. I found ER on accident and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed! Erin is an absolute joy. She is super professional and made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. They have great pricing as well. I cannot recommend Erin and ER wax bar enough!

I had a great first-time-waxing experience with Erin. She made me feel comfortable and she is very knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and casual. I can easily make and change appointments online and I receive appointment confirmations & reminders by text which I like. Erin & Elizabeth are both professional and pleasant, they made a repeat customer of me.

Other than my eyebrows on occasion I have never used a waxing service. When ER Wax Bar opened in the area I was excited to try their services because they were so convenient to home. The waxing rooms are so comfortable and relaxing. Erin is amazing. She is great at making me feel welcome and relaxed. She is so easy to chat with during the service and is great at communicating what she's doing and what to expect. I have been going monthly since February and am so happy with every aspect of ER Wax Bar.

I have been seeing Elizabeth since she opened her north Raleigh location. My first appointment I was getting an airbrush tan and a lash lift. I looked like I just left my vacation spot in Miami. It was so natural and not streaky at all! The lash lift completely changed my entire look and was absolutely stunning. She is so professional and makes you feel super comfortable. I recommend her to everyone. GO SEE HER!

Amazing experience! I was so nervous about getting serviced and Erin was a true gem. From start to finish she made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. She made it nowhere near as painful as I thought/experienced. I can’t wait for my next appointment and was more than worth it to drive 30 min from Raleigh.

Elizabeth is beyond amazing! She has been waxing me regularly for over a year and I can't say enough how awesome she is. From the very beginning she makes you feel super comfortable, she makes sure you know exactly what she's doing and carries on conversation with you so that next thing you know, you're done. I have gotten many brazilian waxes at other places before I hit the goldmine with Elizabeth and let me tell you, not all places are the same- the way Elizabeth does her service is WAY less painful and super fast. I 100% think she's the best out there.

I have had a few bikini waxes from nail salons, but have never had a brazillian and never been to a salon that specializes in waxing. I saw the signs for ER Wax Bar and finally decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! Erin was great! She talked me through everything and was very friendly and professional. I also did the hydro jelly mask and lash tinting. I am very happy with my appointment and have already booked my next. Thanks Erin!
