Food Lion

I really enjoy shopping at this location. The store is clean and well stocked .Customer service is the best including cashiers and managers .I am so happy that Johanna Finazzo from the deli department is back working at the store .She is always very helpful and definitely she makes you feel welcome.

Prices are comparable to Walmart, but the store is less hectic. A peaceful shopping experience.

The store was clean and cashier was very pleasant. Produce looked fresh and well tended. Shelves well stocked. They should get one or two more motorized shopping carts. They only have two and both were in use.

Had an issue with this location years ago but decided to give them another try, and I have nothing to complain about. Great store

It's been a long day. I left my wallet in Food Lion today. I search everywhere at home my yard where i normally play with my dog. I drove back to previous visited stores. After a 3 hour search panic was setting in so i thought that i would check Food lion store 1271 they not only found it they secured it for me in their store safe. I really appreciate you guys i will tell everyone about your store and the integrity you display. I spoke with the Manager "Lettie" briefly to express my gratitude. Keep it up guys you truly are the nucleus of our community.

Clean, not as crowded as some other stores. Good prices, easy to get to, and quick during checkout. I liked the fresh produce in particular. It was a nice change from getting my groceries at walmart, since they had plenty of cashiers and I didn't need to wait nearly as long in line. Every employee I met was very friendly and polite. I will definitely visit this store again.

Food Lion to Go has changed my life! I have been using the service for about 6 months now and I don't know how I managed without it before that. The service and communication is always exceptional. Casey and her team are always willing to go the extra step to ensure that my order is correct and will always try to find a good replacement if need be. Produce is always fresh and delicious.

Just visited this location today 3/2/2021 and was impressed enough from the 20 minutes I was in there to write this review. Immediately walking in the door I noticed the place was very clean. I went over towards the deli area and saw an employee checking the temperature of the hot bar. I'm a big girl that's been in many grocery stores before and I can't ever recall seeing an employee checking the temp, so that was cool to see. Went to the produce section and it was completely stocked, looked great and the produce was on point. Saw an employee bend down to pick up a veggie on the ground and if you're reading this and don't understand the importance of that then just keep it moving. Overall, this location is clean and has friendly staff. I'm not a "Karen" but I did make sure to let the managers know it's a well oiled machine. From someone who used to work in a grocery store, restaurants, and customer service--I had to leave a review and show some love to the local Food Lion. Good job team.

Prices generally good all the time (you don't need to wait for "specials"). Produce much better than I expected. Becoming my go to store.

Looking for preped fruit. Found a nice mix at a great price. I course I had to add a box of nabs and package of goldfish.

BO needs a raise, best customer service I’ve received. 10 stars info I could. I’d hire him any day, Food lion is lucky to have him. Top notch, genuine, helpful, knowledgeable, knows how to give a customer a great experience. Makes sure no one waits to check out, always answering customer questions, and always does it with a smile

Went in on a Sunday to use Western Union (which I never used before) Leddie Kirby (office manager) was so wonderful in explaining everything to me! She really went over and above to help me out with this and her words of advice to me! She is really top notch!! Way to go Food Lion!

I have always shopped at Food Lion. Walmart with they way they do things does not interest me. FL employees are polite and courteous.

This morning EVERYONE was so congenial and pleasant! Everything in the store was in place and clean and neat! A wonderful SURPRISE for a change!!

store is always clean and you are always greater with a smile. Produce is always fresh and they have a great selection of meats. no matter what time of day I go, they always have multiple check out lanes open to make things fast and easy.

This is my local FoodLion. It’s always clean and well stocked. I’ve never had an issue with service. Even with Covid measures, this place continues to provide great service. I recognize the same faces I’ve seen for the past few years. That tells me, FoodLion is doing something right. Thanks for all your hard work!
