I don't know what happened ut I love the personnel changes at this location. The new Store Manger "Kristen" is positive and warming.
The Cashier "Serena" is the best. She ALWAYS wel omes me with a great smile and greeting of the day. If only every employee could model her great customer service.
Serena is why I continue to visit this store.

Great gas station to stop at and the food is good the cashier in there Serena is always nice and greets people when they come in

They always are the most friendliest people and they always are quick with my order.

I don’t eat any sort of gas station food and won’t be able to speak to that. Gasoline however is typically the least expensive at Sheets. If you have their discount card it’s 3 cents cheaper. It’s always packed but I’ve never waited for more than one customer in front of me at the pumps. Did I say FREE AIR?!? I love that.

If you like friendly service at the drive-thru, this is your Store! Especially if Misti is running the window! Always smiling and efficient. She will brighten your day!

I came in to get cigs after working all day, and the cashier Serena store number 554 was an amazing person to come in contact with, very alert and on her customers and their needs, need more like her. Thank you for making my day better❤

I think I may visit more to get food/drinks than I do for gas. They have a good selection of menu items and seem to always be adding more stuff. I don't think they have ever gotten an order wrong. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The management obviously cares about customer service because I often get a super quick survey request to tell them about my visit (if you have Sheetz card).

I love Sheetz, I will drive it if my way to find one typically. The food is great, they have a number of great selections for just about everyone. The coffee is fantastic both the by the cup and the mto coffee, and their bathrooms are always clean.

Absolutely love going to Sheetz. I'm usually there a few times a week to either grab something quick or some of the food they serve there. The food they serve is great with a lot of options to choose from. The staff have always been friendly and professional.

Can't say I've ever had a bad experience at this or any Sheetz . Fair prices,great food and courteous employees .Large selections of grocery items,drinks and snacks..What throws it over the top in my opinion is I have never seen a dirty Sheetzs. Clean Bathrooms to boot......

We don’t have these in California. I love that we can order via app and pay when we get there. I love that a tired parent can drive they for a gallon of milk on the way home from work!
The staff is friendly, but that may just be because this is a beautiful area full of beautiful people.

Good ole Sheetz. We are regulars. So thankful for their drive-thru. We wish you could order slushies right off the screen like drinks, but ordering them at the window works too and realize it's a corporate thing.

The girls and guys that work there at night are amazing. They are friendly and fast. Everything is getting cleaned for the next day when I go so I see the best and worst of the place. Limited selection of coffee at night but I understand why.

Never been there but the food was great and made fresh to order!! And fries...they have buckets!!!

Plenty of gas pumps with access to specialty fuels. Fresh food MTO that is all delicious and decently priced with an indoor and outdoor seating area to eat. If you don't have time to stay, the snack and food selection is very good with lots of variety. The staff is friendly and efficient. This is the chain that all others are modeling after. Sheetz is the best!

From the managers on down the staff was very helpful, polite, and speedy. The store was very clean. Coffee always dead on. And the prices..........depends on what you're getting. Don't forget you cards. I don't leave home without mine.

I’ve been getting gas and food from this Sheetz for nearing three years now, I’ve never had a single complaint about it. Bathrooms always tip-top clean, floor always shiny, food always hot.

Sheetz is tops for fuel stop, fast (and good) food, and store layout. Everything always clean and in working order. Good layout and good selection. And ... the most important thing ... Friendly and efficient employees.

Came in for a snack and to use the restroom while filling up with gas. The gas was on point with everyone else around which sometimes Sheetz is more expensive. The bathrooms were spotless. The food came out quickly and was perfect.

Excellent little gas station and nice hot food after being on the road for hours and with hours ahead of us. Clean bathrooms, and super friendly employees.
