The garden center staff is extremely helpful and friendly, particularly on a Friday evening (and likely most weekday evenings). Avoid the weekend crowds and 40-42 traffic and enjoy the care! Lowe's has an excellent garden center filled with all kinds of plants at reasonable prices AND a one-year return policy on plants 😁
We've also had great assistance with paint recently. Also very helpful and friendly staff.

Lowe's home improvement pickup was easy and the drive-thru staff were helpful and efficient. I pulled up to the designated area and was greeted by a friendly staff member who guided me through the process. They promptly retrieved my order and loaded it into my vehicle, ensuring everything was securely placed. The staff members were knowledgeable and provided me with helpful tips on using some of the items I had purchased.

As I drove away, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the convenience and excellent service I had experienced at Lowe's. Always a great experience and plenty of help. With self check out it’s a quick in and out if you only need one or two items. In my case, a bag of potting soil and Girl Scout cookies on sale at the exit.

I always found what I need. The Garner store is well stocked and organized. Employees are helpful as well.

Robert and Mike in lumber were extremely helpful when I was picking out wood for a planter. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

This Lowe’s is about 3 miles from my neighborhood. 90% of the staff know ZERO about the section they work in. One associate pointed me towards another that was wearing a camouflage Lowe’s vest. I spent nearly 10 minutes explaining my previous experience with soldering irons that I’d purchased and returned. At the end of our conversation he told me he couldn’t give me any advise or insight on ANY soldering iron. I finally found a nice made in China soldering iron on Amazon. I do have a great parking space away from other customers at the 40/42 location. I’ve updated my review to 5 Stars due to an experience I had yesterday 6/17/21. I did some shopping and checked out at the garden center. I got to my wife’s BMW and found that I had lost her set of keys. The driver’s side door was unlocked, so I loaded my purchases. I immediately backtracked my steps through the pavers, landscaping materials, garden center and then plumbing. I asked an associate if he’d seen the keys. He hadn’t. Steve from the plumbing department stuck with me and we went to the Customer Service’s lost and found. Nothing. He then traced my steps with me through my entire route. Finally, we made it back to the garden center cashier and a customer had given her the keys that I somehow dropped in the parking lot. Steve and I had some great conversations during my search. He told me he was retired from the United States Coast Guard. Steve is a Super cool guy and he went above and beyond to help me out during my “mini~crisis”. Steve got that 5th Gold Star on this review and I’m very grateful he kept me from having a panic attack!

Love Lowes. I could spend several hours there just looking at all the cool things.

Greg in the application department walked us through all the choices of refrigerator purchase as we haven't had to buy one in over 20 years. He was awesome and very knowledgeable about the appliances. On delivery day Wayne and Dewayne came and set up the new fridge. They did a flawless job. Paid attention to details.

I've always had good luck with this Lowe's, including most recently when I bought a range and Patricia (or Patrice, can't 100% remember the name) in appliances helped me out.

I had absolutely amazing experience at the Clayton Lowe's. I had made a couple trips and phone calls to the Knightdale Lowe's and have been very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of communication at that particular store. The minute I walked in to the Clayton Lowe's I was greeted with smiles several people asked if they could help me. I ran into a customer service question and got several people willing to help me. I don't know how else to say how absolutely amazing the Clayton Lowe's is!!!
My cashier, the customer service rep, and the two young gentlemen who helped me cut and load my order were all truly amazing!!!

I have just re-done my floors and not long ago my countertops. Lowes has also been my go to place for all my outside decor and my landscaping.
