Owner was sweet and hospitable. She helped me find exactly what I was searching for. I just started doing my own hair & a lot of items in there I have never seen before. I will definitely be back.

I'm so glad we have a BSS on the Cleveland side of Clayton. The selection needs to be expanded beyond braiding hair on crochet locs, some pleasant music playing would be great and I would recommend rearranging the layout so the 4 way display is not cramped in the back.

I can't stress the importance of good customer service. Be knowledgeable, sound happy to have customers...

Lastly, being closed on Saturdays is not convenient as that's when most people are off to buy/install hair and other BSS are still open on Saturdays.

I've gone 3 times and never found the hair I needed. I really want to support but...
