I am so honored to be in a beautiful home that Ms and Mr Graham did for my husband and I. We have have been looking for a house for 4 years and when we met her she took us under our wing and help and guide us to the right direction. When we seen this house I was in loved and cried cause I knew this house was for us, I felt it. Each time we would come and see how the progress was with the house, I would cried more lol but for good reason. Literally the best; hands down!! How do I know? Because all I’ve ever “heard” is how stressful the home-buying experience is, but mine was seamless. My situation was far from perfect, but Chanika is simply an expert in her profession. Expertise isn’t to be confused with a “know it all”, because she doesn’t; however, she’s very resourceful. I purchased my home approximately 75 miles outside of her primary area of service (at the time) and she didn’t miss a beat. Some days that meant her getting on the road at 5am or getting to bed after midnight to do whatever needed to be done. The most stressful part of my experience was rising by the construction site daily knowing the property wasn’t completed 😅. Go with Stewart-Graham..it’s really like that!
