Jake, the Manager in Dairy Department, was AMAZING!!!! I had asked several others (5 to be exact, 2 at Customer Service) for assistance with finding some items, only 1 was somewhat helpful (in produce). I asked if they could look in back since shelf was empty, only the one in produce did, the otbers shrugged their shoulders. Jake went above and beyond not only checking in back, but telling me where to find the other items I could not, walking with me, even putting them in my cart!!!! He was so very helpful and made up for the others that clearly did not want to assist. Jake deserves top management for sure!!!! Thank you Jake! As you could tell, I was ready to drop the order, but you saved the day! Thank you!

I have been shopping at this Harris Teeter for over 20 years and using their Express Lane service (personal shopper and pickup) since 2020. My experience has been good but over the last week I had two issues with my pickup orders. I reported them, got reimbursed but that wasn't enough for HT to address the customer service issue. Today, a store manager delivered the missing groceries from my recent order, included some gift cards, and brought me an apple pie and flowers. Love the attention to the customer experience!

Jarlsberg Alpine Cheese, Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, K Cup Coffees Selection, Beer and Wine Department, Seniors Deals, Pharmacies an a small town feel and great Customer Service! I think you will like it too! Check it out, for international delicious food, down home Carolina, comfort food, breads, pate, Coffees, Teas, seafoods, produce, Lottery tickets, excellent pharmacy services and consulting. Superior customer services, C-19 testing, batteries, goat cheese, fantastic healthy food, OTC, and Wines and Beers! Guinness Stout and San Pelligrino too! Yay H/T ☆☆☆☆☆

Pharmacy department provides excellent service, competitive prices and importantly monitors drug interactions. If they have a lower price with they will give it to you.
I like their automatic refill system and text notifications ensuring one never run out.
Friendly staff, customer focused and very well managed by Pharmacy manager.

I love this store. Everytime I come to Mooresville, I go to this store. I love the layout & the place is so neat & clean. I love their fresh rolls w/ poppy seeds & they always have Entenmann's crumb coffee cake, which my husband loves. Also I love the deli counter, my cold cuts are sliced, just the way I like it! 😋

Excellent customer service. Very clean and well stocked.

If you're looking for items not carried in your local store, try here. The majority of their produce is organic. They carry many Keto items, and produce items, that my local store doesn't carry.
Don't buy your normal items like wax paper & bubble gum here, as they cost $1 to $2 dollars more.
The employees are polite and very helpful.

Huge store size with ample amount of food items , grocery and all the varieties of different food. fresh fruits , vegetables, cake and chocolate and cookies and Pizza and burgers and ice creams ,juices, Starbucks and many things with North Carolina lottery 😀😀😀😀

Finally had a Harris Teeter sub I'm not crazy about the cheese bread but the size of the sub and the freshness of its contents was excellent customer service was excellent it was very clean there were many products that were cheaper here than were at other grocery stores

Don't buy your meats any where buy here at Harris teeter I LOVE the butcher shop. Get EXACTLY what you want and desire for what you pay for while it's the freshest around. All the butchers are kind, and nice, and definitely not lazy! They will go out of their way to provide optimal customer service!

Always have great experiences at this Harris Teeter. Excellent sales, friendly staff, clean, well-lit aisles and all prices are clearly marked. Also a fantastic selection of products, from meat to produce to seafood and dairy.

I love Harris Teeter!!! I have shopped there since I was little and they had stores in and around downtown Mooresville. They have great weekly specials. The pharmacy is also wonderful. Changing from a big chain pharmacy was the best thing my husband and I ever did.

Great store for the basics and also for many other unique items. Love their wine selection!!

Had a wonderful experience here. The employees, set up, displays, deals, food, and prices were all above expectations.

Great store good quality food. Good seafood department excellent produce department. They have good sushi there. They have a hero Department that if you buy for you get the 5th one free they have specials of the week every day there for the heroes. There is hardly ever wait lines they have an excellent selection of wine and beers. And Starbucks. Plus they have tables to sit at if you want to eat your hero there or have a cup of coffee and the people are super friendly to.

My weekly shopping adventure. I know this store pretty well; I do the bulk of my grocery shopping here. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the sale items go really quick! Especially if the Sunday paper has a great coupon!

This is one of my favorite grocery stores! Staff works really hard.They always offer to help me at check out. They see me struggle with knee braces. They even offer to load groceries into my car for me! It's seldom that I find this kind of customer service. It means a lot to me. It is so difficult having to shop. I appreciate the assistance because when I get home, I have to unload the car myself. Thank you all for being realistic. I often dismiss help. It's my pride. But, I suffer for it. I have to learn that when help is offered, be humble.
