I have used JB for over 35 years. They have always been attentive and responsive to me and my business. They are truly amazing partners and friends. Anytime that I have ever needed them they have been there for me.
During Covid they were incredible and helped me so much with the PPP when larger national banks abandoned their clients. This bank was strong when other large national banks failed in 2008 as well. They contribute plenty to our community also. Choose a local bank that cares about you and choose this one!

I've banked here "forever" & enjoy that personal touch that Jefferson Bank has - professional & friendly.

This bank is down the road from where I work. Failed the litmus test.. wouldnt even break a $100 bill for someone new in the area. Definitely don't want to bank with a place unwilling to help people out.

I am a disabled veteran. Stopped in to simply get a roll of coins. Teller stated I was not welcomed unless I was a "member". If this is the type of customer service you are willing to accept, by all means definitely bank here.

I DO BANKING WITH 5 DIFFERENT BANKS IN SAN ANTONIO. I CAN TELL YOU: THIS BANK IS A WASTE OF TIME THEY HAVE A VISA CARD AND YOU CAN'T EVEN USE IT FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS???? REALLY??? YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM EVERYTIME TO AUTHORIZE IT.

Manager and staff are rude, and they don't know what they are doing.
We went to a different bank, and had absolutely no problems at all. They took care of it and knew exactly what to do. It wasn't hard at all.

The lobby is locked up on a Friday afternoon at 2:30. Wow
