This HEB has everything you need. Both

Management and Staff are very quick to assist.

They are very organized and clean.

This HEB is always filled with fresh meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, and much more. They make the best Rotisserie chicken, steak fries, and hot wings.

Since Christmas is right around the corner Management has made sure that the check-out runs smoothly. They have employees guiding the check-out lanes for a quicker process.

I greatly appreciate this idea. Way to go no chaos and stress-free shopping.

Been to many different grocery stores over years from West to East coast & in between. HEB is best out of all different chains. I was there late afternoon today & witnessed an abusive customer. No one deserves that type of abuse even if mistake was made. What's important is employees step up to correct which happened & kept their cool. The employees near by were taken aback at level of abuse as well. So sending love for my neighborhood store.
This was at Guilbeau Bandera store.

HEB always has friendly team members. Most of the time, they have what I need. And if this location doesn't have what I am looking for, there is another location moments away that probably has it. Love my HEB!

Wonderful location! The store is always well stocked and the employees are always helpful and courteous! We go here all the time when visiting my sister!

I haven’t been to this H‑E‑B many times but I actually enjoyed it. It’s a smaller H‑E‑B but it’s very clean and while registers were pretty full they moved very fast. I would definitely come back to this H‑E‑B

Every employee I interacted with was amazing and went above and beyond and made my shopping experience one of the best it could have been

Love this little store. Has most things you would need. I wish they had a few more vegan items though.

Our favorite smaller HEB where many of the employees have worked for years. Been going here since 96 and love the ease of shopping and all the smiling faces. I love to BBQ and the folks in the meat market always take great care of me. BTW- the HEB beer brats are way better than the Johnsonville ones. Did a blind taste test with 10 people and they preferred the HEB ones.

i try to go really early to avoid crowds. good experience with self checkout + a few times have needed help with machine error and employees are really nice. doesn't have all the items a larger HEB has but i prefer due to size. parking lot is good & i always find cheap gas here

Always clean, fully stocked, and the most polite professional associates. Best HEB ever!

Nice place to go shopping. The store is clean and and the restrooms are at a good quality of cleaness. All of the products in the store are fresh or are checked to see which ones are fresh or expired. There are many workers here and the service in the store is exceptional.

I have been grabbing groceries from this location for a bit now and every interaction is great but today Don made it amazing. He’s so friendly and lovely. Wanted to make sure he got the credit!

I just went in, for a money order... But, I've, already, been to that HEB. There were NO long lines. No one wants that.👍

I love my HEB. It's close to home and they have everything you need. It beats having to travel further to go to the bigger one on Bandera and 1604. It's truly convenient. I love it.

Nathan, who was working customer service window, is an outstanding example of courteousness and efficiency. If Management is considering him for a raise in pay, I vote YES!

The employees at this HEB seem to be a really happy bunch of people!

Very clean, old-school feeling HEB. Short lines, same great prices and the "population" that frequents this store is not the kind you would expect to get culturally enriched.

Better than the larger HEBs located on higher trafficked areas.
