Dollar Tree

Love this store, love how big it is and all of the wide selection. They have way more things than the other smaller stores. Everything was clean and organized, on the shelves as they should be.

This was the best dollar tree I've ever been, super clean, not a single item on the floor, the casher super nice. This store is not close home, but the drive is worth it! I will definitely come back!!!

I had intended to post a bad review because of the older man on shift today, but I changed my mind. I’ll keep the comments to myself.

Being to this store for many years, merchandise always on point thanks to their warehouse manager. He is the only one that still there from original team. As for the managers upfront 0 stars. No direction whatsoever, still long lines and the new "store manager" only yells that someone will be there to help but no one, not even her, comes to help. The poor cashier was so concerned about the lines and apologizing. Cashier is not your fault is the management that does not know how to manage.

THIS IS THE BEST DOLLAR TREE IN SAN ANTONIO. ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I AM ALWAYS ABLE TO FIND WHAT I NEED, THANKS TO ALL OF THE HARD WOKING MANAGERS. THE STORE IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. I PASS 3 OR 4 DOLLAR TREE STORES JUST TO COME TO THIS ONE. ALL OF THESE PEOPLE SHOULD GET A RAISE AND MORE PRAISE.

Nifty gadgets, home supplies, and such! Not a bad place to shop for stuff you don't really care about in regards to quality or quantity. You get what you pay for here and sometimes you pay more than other places like walmart and heb if you are not careful! So make sure you know your options before buying a lot of things here!

My favorite location, has great selection for reasonable price. Everything is now $1.25, super clean and stocked always.

I love this store! I can look around for hours in here, walk out with a over flowing basket and spend less than $40

The Cashier, Marisol was very friendly and made us smile 🙂 The store is well stocked, clean, and organized. My only disappointment was the refrigerator/cooler was once again out of stock for several items, and the women's bathroom has three stalls- one out of order entirely, the other two stall doors do not close/lock so there is no privacy. It has been this way (both issues) for several months now. But overall, great Dollar Tree and great staff everytime we come 🙂

Great store for most everything.

Best Dollar Tree we've been to in San Antonio to date. It was worth the extra drive. We got nesting planters, pots, and seeds for Spring planting, kitchen essntials, makeup, licensed figurines, and candy. Worst part was they only had two cashiers on duty, but that is a problem common across all vendors.

So, here's the thing: I go to Dollar Tree a LOT! I mean sometimes several locations in one day if I need to find something. Therefore, if I actually CALL your location (Guilbeau store) and ask if you SPECIFICALLY have FULL SIZED GOLD PAPER PLATES, do not TELL me yes so I can drive ALLLLL the way from Helotes to cast my eyes upon CAKE PLATES!!! 🤦‍♀

I went into this location to see if they had hairspray. I found the rainbow wreath form I've been searching for for months! And over there, they have the little shelves that give you extra space on your counter or in a cabinet. (Get a cart, silly!) (NO! If I can't CARRY it, I don't need to BUY it!) Oh no! They have the glittery Cricut vinyl I need for that Fourth of July project and boxes of Charleston Chews! That will make my hubby and son happy! That cute little organizer would be GREAT for my roll-on perfumes!
By the time I got to the register, there was literally a 3-ring circus of balancing going on!
Yes, Dollar Tree may have raised their prices for the first time in OVER 30 years, but they now offer a greater selection with better quality so it evens out.
I just wish they'd had the hairspray I needed because I had to go to ANOTHER store!!! Oh my wallet! 😔

Love Dollar Tree, one in Helotes is closed right now, but one off Guilbeau and Bandera is open, lot of stuff is now at $1.25, but still great prices for good stuff.

The store manager Esme is VERY helpful, polite & kind. The very first visit to this store she helped us look for hair dye and helped us again on a second visit. On our THIRD visit, I had misplaced my car keys in the store and had to leave my phone number with her in case she found it. About an hour later Esme called me back after going out of her way to find my keys! Thank you Dollar Tree for hiring an over-achieving manager who does an absolutely great job at meeting customer service expectations. Not to mention, this Dollar Tree is one of the most cleanest and neatest store I have ever been to! :)

This is the biggest Dollar Tree I've seen. I definitely recommend it. Tons of fun stuff and learning activities for kids.
I go here and pick up a few items to keep my kids entertained before long trips/flights.

So many cute items. Fun taking my time and looking at a lot of things. Great personnel working there! Friendly and informative.

My Dollar Tree is very clean and organized. They must have gotten new management.

Best one in SA. 1) No stacked boxes everywhere 2) They have a ton of stuff others normally don't (i.e. useful selection of automotive stuff, personal hygiene shampoos, toothpaste and girls stuff like nail polish, eye lash curlers etc... that doesn't suck and a ton of others...too long to list

If your looking for cleanliness and stocked up in items that's the dollar store to go to. 👍 Always friendly service.
