Ever since my dog was born I’ve always use this clinic for all my dog’s medical needs. They always have a friendly staff and very informative./

November 13, 2019 , I had to make a very hard decisions on trying to keep my baby girl alive or to help her pass away and be out of pain. Everyone was very supportive. I'm a nurse so I knew her chances of recover were slim. I felt the staff helped me through one of the hardest mornings. Dr. Weeks and his assistant didn't rush me and stayed by my side until, I was ready. There was no pressure at all, only caring people.⁸

Everyone is super nice, and the Veterinarians will walk you through every and any procedure they will do on your precious pet(s) in detail. My cat needed a dental cleaning and her shots re-newed. The vet that was going to be operating on her for her dental exam told me exactly what was wrong with her teeth and made me aware of anything and everything that could happen during and after the procedure. After the exam, getting her blood work taken for the dental procedure, and her shots were taken she was scheduled for her dental cleaning the next week. (The shots were expensive).
The day of the procedure I dropped her off at 7:30 AM and they told me she should be done around 2-4 PM and they would call me to pick her up. They called me when she was awake from anesthesia told me exactly what happened during the procedure and to pick her up. I went to pick her up and they gave me detailed instructions for her medication, what to watch for, and to call them if I had any questions or concerns.
It was very expensive due to a lot of her teeth having to be extracted, but they took real great care of my baby and she feels so much better now that she doesn't have those really bad teeth in her mouth.!

They are good. Dr. Weeks saw my cat and knew how to treat her ear infection. After the treatments, my cat is happy and healthy again.

We have a cat that required dental surgery and the doctor was very confident and staff was very professional in assisting us with this endeavor

Staff are courteous, friendly, professional in all interactions. Dr. Weeks is calm, friendly, professional, skilled in how he speaks and describes diagnosis, solutions and future expectations and is gentle with pets. Pet Medical Center has been THE place for my dogs for about 10 years and without exception, Dr. Weeks and the entire staff are excellent.

We have used this business for both medical and boarding. They were professional, communicative and our dogs were well cared for. Their charges are in line with other businesses who offer the same services. Very happy and will use again

Extremely happy with them overall! They were recommended by a friend so I took my puppy there and liked them so much, I took my older dog! The puppy had kennel cough which of course meant my older dog got it too! They did a thorough exam on each of them with a “drop off appt” and didn’t rush me to pick them up. They told me everything they needed now and in the future.

The young ladies at the front desk are fabulous and so helpful! I’m long winded with questions and they didn’t mind at all. They were so patient and friendly!

The only con I’ve found so far.... they charge one flat rate for shots which I don’t see as fair. Whether you need one shot or four, you pay the same price. That doesn’t work for me but otherwise amazing!

Will definitely be a repeat customer. Not crowded. Called other more ‘known’ pet hospitals, none could get us in the day we called. Pet medical center was able to get us in same day. Vet and techs were great and very professional. They were all great to my sick pup. Received a follow up call, to make sure my dog was doing better. Very happy customer.

Dr. Weeks and his staff are amazing, and we have had nothing but great experiences with them! We've been taking our 2 whippets there ever since they were 3 months old, and they love going to see Dr. Weeks and his staff. When we got our first puppy, we were new puppy parents and had so many questions and everyone at Pet Medical Center was so patient and helpful. Recently, we took our female dog to get spayed and they called the night before to remind us and called after her procedure to check on her. You can truly tell that Dr. Weeks and his staff have a passion for animals. Highly recommend them.

Scott Weeks is a great vet. I have 2 cats and everything they have ever recommended has been reasonable and In the well being of our pets. They don't price gouge or give additional unnecessary tests. Thanks to them, I have 2 happy healthy cats. No complaints.

Great experience with both boarding and vet care. My dog is extremely nervous/shy but she gets SUPER excited when she sees the staff. That speaks louder than anything else ever would (dogs are excellent judges of character). They are always super friendly and have reasonable prices for their services. Their boarding suites are well worth the price and are VERY quiet. I would recommend them for any vet or boarding service you may need. Hands (or paws) down.

I recently moved to the opposite side of town and will always make the drive to use this vet. Hands down 10/10 would recommend. Time and time again.

I recently had a horrible experience as I tried to find a NEW vet for my dog closer to my new residence. I went to a recommended place where they brushed off my concerns and told me I was over-reacting.

After a week of my dog getting worse, I took her to Pet Medical Center where they listened to what I was saying and found the problem immediately.

My dog had a horrible infection at that point and was in a lot of pain as a result of the previous vet missing it. They fit me in for surgery within 2 business days and gave me meds to fight the infection and pain in the meantime.

Dr. Weeks and his staff are always polite and take the time to listen to all my concerns with my animals. My dog was suffering with terrible allergies, other vets just wanted to medicate my fur baby but Dr. Weeks ran a full allergy test and found not only her environmental allergies but her food allergies to some of the most common ingredients in most dog food. We're already on a plan moving forward and getting my fur baby some much needed relief from her allergies. She's lost some much needed weight now that she's getting the right food and is so much happier. She's always smiling and ready to play instead of being very isolated and looking miserable itching all the time. Truly excited to see all the positive changes in my fur baby.

Love everyone here and they love my Chapo! Highly recommend

Dr. Weeks is a blessing and a life saver. He and his wonderful Technicians are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

Took my cat here as he got some sort of stomach bug. Because of the quarantine, I had to talk to people over the phone only and couldn’t accompany my cat during his visit 😞 That had really upset me as I felt like I wasn’t part of the process. Luckily, the nice veterinarian and staff walked me through the whole decision process and I think they made excellent choices. Hope my baby feels better!
