Super easy to find an it is cheap as well! We took a Ford Edge for our business trip for one week from Hertz. The employee there was very friendly and funny.

Nolan at my start and Tran at my finish were amazing. I only and always will rent with Enterprise I don't want to forget the young lady at the SeaTac counter even though I don't remember her name, she was awesome too. Thanks and keep up the good work 👏🏾

Shout out to the shuttle drivers! They’ve always been very friendly and helpful. Avis and Enterprise have been reliably fast and efficient when I’ve rented from them.

Conveniently located with great shuttle service. You can also use the shuttle to this location and have a friend pick you up. It's easier and less congested than the airport.

Here's a tip I've learned over the years: don't rent from the cheapest companies in this facility. Most of the time, you'll be waiting in a long line because everyone else is trying to rent from them.

You're going to be exhausted from traveling and wishing you could lie down, or you're going to be really excited about starting your vacation. An extra twenty dollars a day isn't going to seem so bad when compared to standing in line for hours.

Not attached. You have to take the bus, which is typical for airport car rentals. Thrifty was our company. They gave us an electric car. I’ve never been in an electric car. Thank God we had places to charge… don’t take an electric car unless you are staying near a charger at night.

I rented from Hertz. Got in and got out quickly. The staff was kind and efficient.

Located 2 miles away from Seattle airport. Take shuttle feom Seattle airport. You will get shuttle every 5-10 minutes to rentals facility. Many rentals companies are present here. Clean center, well maintained buildings and lots of car options available here. Best rental center in Seattle area.

First time here. Easy to get in and out of.

All I can say is that it was very simple and very nice. Easiest transaction for a rental car I have ever done. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. I was also able to check into my flight there instead of going to the airport to check in.

If you need to rent a car Payless & Fox are a must try. They helped me out and the process was so smooth and easy.
(Personal Tip)
Always take pictures or a video of the vehicle from the inside, outside and all around to show proof of how you received the vehicle, if anything happens to come up when returning the vehicle your backed up.

This is an excellent facility! The shuttle service is incredibly convenient, and it's not very far from the airport (maybe a 5-7 minute shuttle bus ride). The staff here is nice and incredibly accommodating as well. Highly recommended!

Other than finding the correct route for drop off, the drop off was quick and easy. Now, picking up the vehicle, on the other hand, was unbelievably excruciating as all the rental agencies are closed and routing their reservations through Enterprise/National now. There were only 2 employees total working to cover Alamo, Enterprise, and National car pickups. I had to wait in a long, winding line for more than an hour and a half to pick the vehicle up.

Great experience.. no hassles for not wearing a mask. I would recommend this Airport for those Americans who are awake and see past the covid hysteria and mask madness. American Airlines are very authoritative and suffer from covid hysteria and complete mask insanity while packing the airplanes full of passengers. I guess that's ok if they are making a profit.

Had a very good experience here. The airport was under construction for an expansion and was set up very well, had a free shuttle to the rental cars that went every 15 min. All the staff I had experience were very nice especially in the security department. Very nice and courteous.

A good airport. Security check is busy but running well. Many Kiosks for self-help check-in. There is also a screen showing the time cost for security check.

Cool place... easy hand over. Drive up to returns... leave key in car, empty it of your possessions and luggage and walk away. Your receipt will be sent to your email! Breezy!!
