I have been a client of Rialto Jewelry for a long time. April Francis has been my Jewelery advisor since 2010. She is great! Very knowledgeable and always very professional. She advised me on a lot of purchases and also provided great service if I needed a repair. I will recommend her and the company to anybody who wants a superb service.

The pieces of Jewelry I had made came out exactly to my specifications and expectations. I am a person who pays very close attention to details and I was extremely happy with all 3 pieces of Jewelry. April was my Salesperson and she was so very attentive to all the requests I made from the design of the rings to the high clarity, color and cut of the diamonds I requested. I have and will highly recommended Rialto Jewelry to my family and friends.

From my first visit to Rialto 4 years ago for jewelry repair, I was impressed. But yesterday, they have truly gained a customer for life. There was a little mix up that happened back in November. Even though it was almost 4 months later, they heard me out. I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect, when I’m sure a lot of other merchants would have shown me to the door. As unbelievable a story I was telling sounded, it was the truth and they made me feel extremely validated. I truly appreciate all they did to help resolve the issue. I first came here on a whim in early 2023 to build a Jade pendant for my girlfriend as an anniversary gift. April was quick to help me find a handful of jade stones that fit what I was looking for and shipped them to their store for me to look at. After picking the one that I thought fit best, she suggested the perfect build as well as an accent diamond which fit my budget. The final product was amazing and my girlfriend was very happy with it.

My second time working with them was building an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancée. I wanted a lab grown kite cut diamond and they did not have any in stock but they offered to shop around for me and try to find one that fit what I was looking for. Alas, nothing came up and I had to shop on my own for one. After finding the stone I wanted and ordering it, upon it arriving to my place I immediately brought it in to be inspected and Rialto staff quickly began helping me design the perfect ring around it. They were in communication with me the entire time and making suggestions through the whole process which I greatly appreciated, because I do not know anything about jewelry.

Rialto is a store ran by a hard working and kind staff who truly care about your experience as well as making sure you’re ecstatic to leave their store with what you wanted. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

I had a great experience going to Rialto Jewelry for my girlfriend’s engagement ring. Luis was super helpful when I was designing the ring. He had alot of great ideas and was a great sound board for me as I was deciding how I wanted the ring to be. Ultimately, we were able to able to create the exact ring that we wanted.

I just recently lost my dad and while going through his things I found his Chicago transit cuff links. He and I were huge Cubs fans and Chicago fans. My husband got my wedding ring here and he wanted to add bands on each side. I prefer thicker bands but was struggling finding what I liked. April and Luis worked nonstop to find what I was envisioning but just couldn’t explain and we got close but not perfect UNTIL April suggested removing stones and building the EXACT thing I was looking for! I really worked their poor jeweler with all my changes but man oh man it was COMPLETELY worth it because I absolutely LOVE the final outcome and can’t wait to see how my Family Ring comes out next. FRIENDLY staff that I feel has become more like family now! Go by and see April, Luis or Darla, you won’t regret it!!!

I would highly recommend Rialto Jewelry. They fixed my wife's engagement ring (an heirloom piece) for a reasonable price and ahead of schedule.

Luis was fantastic to work with in making and creating a custom piece for my fiancé. He helped me find the perfect radiant cut center stone and two beautiful tapered bagels to compliment it. I came in several times to select the stones and make small changes and alterations to the design from side stones to the finish, and he was incredibly gracious and helpful through the process. The ring came out better than I ever imagined and it was the perfect gift to start my life with the love of my life!

Absolutely amazing custom work, go here and ask for April for any custom engagement ring, she is a joy to work with, fast, responsive and knowledgeable on all things rings!! Highly recommend to all!

Luis helped me transform my damaged and dull
beloved Military ring back to life. It is even better than originally made. His suggestions and ideas helped to restore my pride in wearing a piece of jewelry that my parents presented to me upon my graduation in El Paso in 1994 from the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. I am grateful for the upgrade!

Been going there for years, since they were way down on Bandera across from wing daddy's. They started as my jeweler and have become more like friends. They make you feel that welcome. Been there for watch batteries, repair work, rings, bracelets... and they even created jewelry from my designs. When you're done with those big boxed stores and are looking for incredible, personable service... Give them a try

UPDATE .. they are still hard to beat for curomer service. Great selections. Great prices. You will know what I'm talking about when you notice people walking in and the staff addresses them by name because people have been coming here on a regular basis. Kudos to them. So it's Christmas shopping time soon, just a hint LOL

Rialto has been my go-to for several years now and I have no desire to change! The staff here is always exceptionally friendly and they run a tight ship - they're the place I suggest to my own friends and family, and there was no question they'd be who I went to for my wedding ring (which they've taken great care of since as well). Great selection, too, wonderful shop top-to-bottom.
