Never received June in-shelter payback

Not very happy, I’ve been told plenty of times I’d get a call back and continuesly i have to be the one checking up. Just got a car added and was never told what plan or any info of pricing or quote. It was just added with our pricing given to me. Love Allstate but I’m going to have to move agent.

Be careful!!! I used to be a huge fan but they are never available anymore, they don't follow up and I never hear from my actual agent. And now I am dealing with a major lapse in coverage, which I was not notified of, and I am being sent to collections over some kind of error on their end. I and my family were at great risk and exposure due to this error. Stay away and be careful.

She never calls you back if there is an issue it is impossible to get in touch with her Allstate is great and I am very thankful for their customer service people that have gotten everything fixed for me I am finding another agent because I have been patient for too long and it should not have to be that way..Very disappointed with this service
