Pickled & Preserved Market and Deli

P&P is a rare gem in Burien. The panini sandwiches are extremely comforting, and the fact that they use all local ingredients puts them far above others. In addition, the retail selection of local products is simply incredible!

This sweet gem is my favorite place to enjoy a soul-soothing London fog and a new fave, white lavender mocha...Simply a great stop to sit, sip, and indulge in a self-care moment!

This place is so aesthetically pleasing and quaint. The owner is amazingly sweet as our car had broken down and she offered to help. As we waited for our tow truck we came in for a quick nibble and hot drink. The quality of the food is quite good and service is incredible. The pricing is also very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone for a morning coffee or an afternoon lunch.

Absolutely loved the coffee and tea here, and the specialty drinks are very tasty. The Mayan Mocha I have here is still my absolute favorite hot drink. They also offer many different wonderful flavours of soup (only one flavour most days) and delicious paninis, both of which I heartily recommend.

Over the holidays, I ordered two baskets from Pickled and Preserved. I couldn't have been happier with them when they arrived (which was right on time). I gave one as a gift to my in-laws - which was hard because I wanted to try all the goodies in their basket. But they've really been raving about the crackers and the jam that were included. My husband and I kept a basket that had pumpkin butter, pickles, pickled garlic, etc... yummmm. All great, fresh, locally sourced stuff and it was all super delicious. Online ordering was super easy and the baskets looked great! I don't live in the area but I wish I could give the deli a try in person! It would definitely be worth the trip :)

What a cozy, sweet little shop. I had the vegetarian breakfast sandwich, an Americano and a chocolate chip scone. The sandwich came with a yummy tomatillo salsa and was very reasonably priced. The coffee was absolutely delicious, one of the best americanos I've ever had. The scone was good too. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Awesome little store in Burien with a wide variety of local products. They also carry Mr. B's Mead!!!

I got the Jameson and it’s simple but packed with flavor. I’ve never had a sandwich or panini like this one. It’s unique and delicious. I will be treating my mom here!

Clean store, well stocked with a variety of condiments and meal "accessories". They were willing to order something I had been looking for. In addition, they have a small deli where they make sandwiches. Check out their panini.

Great Coffee! Prices are excellent. The Jameson sandwich is the best!! All the soups are amazing. Especially Friday's curried butternut squash!

Counter staff is very kind. This place is surprising, it doesn't smell like vinegar at all! I'd like to see bulk Kim chi in a five gallon bucket being moved at this place but the selection is very good regardless.

Great sandwich selection. I had the turkey Rubin. Cost was about $10 but it was large enough to split with my wife.

Best deli in Burien. Amazing selection of gluten free options and a great cup of coffee. The food is so unique and tasty. Nothing like it in Burien.
