Felicia is always very friendly and helpful, never makes you feel like a bother or you're asking silly questions. She is genuinely helpful and always makes sure that I am getting the best possible service.

Update: Called customer service to change my password for online banking. 😑 guess what doesn't work anymore? My password. Their banking app never works either. Absolutely will be changing banks.

I'm really disappointed that this bank decided to completely get rid of their Saturday hours. Y'all are open during peak working hours. Are you expecting people to take a vacation day just to use your bank? Are you more geared towards retirees? (Stupid business practice imo seeing as nobody lives forever)

Can't deposit money into your ATM.
Every single time I go in there I'm waiting easily 5 to 10 minutes. My secondary account user has to triple verify that he can use the account every single time he goes in. Can't get your app to work properly. Deleted it, reinstalled and even reset my phone. So can't deposit a check via your app.

Wanted to support a small bank but this right here is why I'm going to have to move banks. I'd suggest y'all at least be open 9 to 12 on the Saturdays and not ice out a HUGE portion of the working class.

We opted for a commercial mortgage with this bank in 2016. We thought giving the business to a small, local bank was a good choice, since I am a small business and its important to me to keep things local, whenever possible. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience with a bank I've ever had and no one at the bank seems to take any responsibility for any of it. We do not (and have never) received a single mortgage statement, we had to beg for a mortgage payment coupon (none are provided) and we have to ASK for a year-end mortgage interest statement, so that we can even file our taxes! There are many more instances of incompetence, but I'll leave it to you to decide to do business with this bank. But if you're a smart business-person, you'll steer clear.

ATM doesn’t work most the time. Transaction failure, like it can’t connect to your bank. Tried 2 different bank cards. Not coming back here.
