I have worked with the staff at Alliance Title for many years. They always go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I have always found them to be very responsive and customer service oriented. They are very diligent and communicate regularly to keep all parties working toward a successful closing.

They accepted my payment but never did the job they hired for,
Can not reach the agent by phon,text,emai , will never use or recommend this company.

The seller's agent required we use this company for the sale of the home we purchased. Not only did they drag their feet on processing everything, they sent incorrect wiring information to my lender TWICE. Because of this, the lender sent the funds to the wrong account. This caused an extremely painful closing in which the title company constantly blamed everyone else for the issue, refused to communicate with us (actually emailing the agent asking them to just stop calling the day of the closing) and treated us horribly. My agent had to physically stand in their office requiring them to do their job to make sure we actually received our keys. Please do not use this company as complaints fall on deaf ears and they do not care about their clientele. If I could get away with no stars on this review, I would.
