Walgreens Pharmacy

After oral surgery, I went through the drive-thru twice this morning. I interacted with one women for drop-off & another woman for pick-up... they were both so AMAZING 🙌🏻. I couldn’t really talk & they both made this observation quickly. They were so helpful in anticipating my needs, asking me “yes” or “no” questions & just making a difficult situation really easy on me. My prescription was filled quickly & they turned my day around 💖 Thank you!

I don’t think I have ever been to a pharmacy as helpful as this place or spoken to a pharmacy tech as kind as Cecilia and I worked in the medical field for 6years and communicated heavily with pharmacies all over San Antonio. My mother was given otic antibiotic drops and her pharmacy (Walgreens @Vance Jackson) didn’t have the med and told my mom she would have to wait till Friday...they didn’t bother to look up a nearby Walgreens that had it in stock or even suggest she try another Walgreens- today is Wednesday and she’s in severe pain. Cecilia immediately transferred the Rx and had it ready in 10mins. Alex checked me out and was very kind. The pharmacist Juanita recommended otc pain meds and I was on my way. I wish all my pharmacy visits could be like this... I may just start driving the extra 3miles to this Walgreens. Thanks for the great customer service and my mother thanks you as well!

The pharmacy staff is outstanding, especially Brenda! They all treat me like a valued customer, and know me by name. The only downside to this location is the lack of lighting and security in the parking lot. My truck was broken into while I was in the store.

I was having some difficulty with a photo order and I received excellent customer service from Andres and Emily. They worked to fulfill my order as quickly as possible, even though the store was very busy.

They are open 24 hours and they are always nice unlike the pharmacy across the street from them

Love how I'm always going at the last minute and they never say nothing even doe I do try to hurry up knowing they're tired and ready to go home

For some reason the medicine I got there was an issue with my insurance but rather than have me pay full price they showed me how to find a coupon that ended up saving me two thirds the cost for that i'm appreciative. They are busy and they are trying.Please cut them some slack.

I was sick-got my meds. They cost more than Sam's or HEB but I wasn't feeling like dealing with a crowd. Next time though I'll use my app RetailMeNot to price compare before overpaying for prescriptions.

Went in for the COVID booster around 6 and thought it would take long. The whole process took about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Always empty it seems like... and employees always seem bothered you went in.
