I contacted Russell at 210-Plumber. Very knowledgeable, and more than willing to share that knowledge to serve his customers. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem BY LISTENING over the phone to the pipes gurgling..he told me how to easily fix the issue without a service call, and since there was no need for them to come out, he did this at no charge. I will continue to use this family of plumbers as they have not only the expertise, but ethical fiber that I look for in a service company.

So pleased with the service at 210-PLUMBER. We needed a new water heater to bring it to code and got quotes from multiple companies. Hands down, these are the best people to work with! Every other company sent someone to look at the old one to give a quote (and make a sales pitch), but 210-PLUMBER gave us a very fair and accurate quote over the phone. I love that it’s a local, family owned company instead of a big company that tries to get you stuff you don’t need. Our old water heater was a mess, but Steve and Oscar got it out smoothly and did a fantastic job installing the new one. They pulled a permit and of course it passed the city inspection. We’re happy to have found this company and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future!

I had 2 toilets that were continuing to run even with valves turned off and one of those toilets I wanted to replace altogether. I called 210 Plumber from Home Depot while looking for the toilet replacement. I spoke to Jackie and she went above and beyond going over my options and taking notes on what I needed to have done and repaired including cost of those options. I received several calls from Jackie while she was researching and determining needs and wishes. No pressure at all! An appointment was scheduled sooner than originally stated and the repairmen were right on time. Steve and Oscar were friendly and had no problem with me asking questions. They made sure everything I requested was completed and they even did a couple of things as a courtesy. I also received a senior discount! It was a pleasure working with 210 Plumber. Quick and easy service. I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them to others.

They diagnosed my problem and proceeded to make necessary repairs and within a few minutes my drain was fixed and they were cleaning up. In addition, David and Joe provided guidance and troubleshooting tips to me making me more knowledgeable about my plumbing fixtures. Steve and Oscar are knowledgeable and friendly and made conversation with me while they were working. They treated me like I was one of their own relatives, even showing me my plumbing situation firsthand, and teaching me basics on how to unclog my dishwasher and fix a locked garbage disposal myself in case of any future issues. They also fixed problems with my plumbing that I didn't even know I had, at no additional charge.

My late grandfather was a plumber his whole adult life, starting as a teenage apprentice, and this is exactly what he would do for his kids and grandkids when they had homes of their own. It was an experience I missed out on personally with him, but I'm sure he would approve of the service I was given today. In fact it felt a bit like he was there in spirit.

I definitely will call 210 plumbing again if I ever need to. I appreciate people who treat their customers like friends or relatives, rather than dollar signs. And I also appreciate businesses that do the job right the first time. I'd rather pay $210 to have the job done right by a master plumber, than pay $50 to the "I know a guy who can do it for cheap" hobbyist who doesn't know what they are doing and might cause further issues I would have to pay more for later.

Everything about our experience with these wonderful folks was AMAZING. The admins that work in the office are so professional as well as the team that was sent out to assist with our kitchen sink that had a leak. The service was fabulous at a fair price. We will NOT use anyone else but them for our future plumbing needs. This company deserves the good reviews they have received. Truly impressive and full of integrity!

Steve & Russell were awesome. They provided a courtesy call when they were on their way and we’re very polite and professional when they arrived. They installed a new toilet in about an hour and hauled away my old one. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a toilet replaced.

The best customer service ever!! For months I’ve been complaining to my apartment complex to help me with my very high water bill these guys found the issue in 2 minutes and fixed all 5 of my toilets in an hour! They were super nice and informative! Highly recommend 10/10

My 22 Year old gas water heater refused to light. I called out two companies who both told me the water heater couldn't be fixed and aggressively pressured me to spend 4k+ on a new water heater installation. I called 210 Plumbers and Russell first gave me an EXCELLENT quote on a new system (the SAME exact water heater others quoted me). I was expecting to have to get a new install, but asked if there was a chance they could fix it - Steve assured me he could fix it, and he did! I highly appreciate how they first look to FIX rather than replace - this shows that they have the customer in mind and not just seeing them as dollar signs. There was zero pressure to buy anything.

I will definitely use this company again. Steve and Oscar showed up on time and replaced two exterior faucets with very good quality replacements. The price was reasonable and the plumbers were friendly. Great work!

We have used 210Plumber two times now. Each time, service has been prompt and professional. They are our go-to plumbing service. There was a slight issue with our shower faucet installation and they promptly came out and remedied the issue which was a small issue and did not give hassle or surcharges for making sure it was working properly.

We have had a double-check valve installed, Capping/Plugging and removing old gas lines, Misc. Faucet and Shower repair.

I had issues with shower drain clogged and gave me ballpark quote to not be surprised and estimated arrival time. They came but because shower was originally a tub and changed pipes to fit a walk in shower mode, drainage issues was for Drain specialists after they tried to auger/snake clog out, and were kind enough to not charge....very honest people, definitely would recommend. Thank you guys/gals.

Russell was awesome! He came to my house on a Sunday morning to resolve a problem with a pipe that had been chewed by a rodent and was spraying water all over. Arrived within an hour of calling and had it fixed quickly. Super friendly and explained everything he was doing. Incredible price! I’m sold... customer for life.

This company saved me $10,000. Another plumbing company told me a stoppage in my sink was caused by something they couldn’t get out after a few minutes of trying. They told me I was going to have to dig a hole in the middle of my house. These folks put them to shame by popping out drain cork that was dropped in the pipe by a handyman that was assisting in my kitchen remodel. I am really upset at the contractor and other plumbing company, but I am so happy with the service and results these folks were able to provide. THANK YOU!

Steve & Joe are awesome. They repaired water lines to my house and installed a new PRV along with brand new softener. Excellent work at an even better price. Professional & friendly - this team is the best.

Highly recommend this company! Russell was very professional and quick to fix our leaking pipe and constantly flowing toilet. Definitely knows what he’s doing and is reasonably priced. Would definitely call again in the future for any plumbing issues!

Called a previous plumber that does things the “right way” and we basically got vandalized, we called 210PLUMBER, as we should have in the first place, and are beyond pleased. Steve and Joe troubleshot and fixed multiple leaks that look to have been “bandaided” by the previous owners. They were very informative and showed my husband a few things to prevent issues in the future. They were thorough, and spent a few hours fixing and then testing the fixes again. My toilet now lays flat on the floor and actually looks as if a professional had installed it now. Thank you Steve and Joe! You are now our go to plumber.

“Steve” (the Master Plumber), and “JoeJoe” called before coming, and were here in minutes! They did an EXCELLENT job of finding where the leak in our plumbing was, which was not an easy task in our older home with all kinds of possibilities. They were able to fix the leak, avoiding a much more costly repair that would have been. Their knowledge of their profession was amazing, and they explained the process all along the way. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again if needed! (This was the second time we have used them!)
