Made an appointment and they were ready on time. Laura was very helpful and knowledgable. They have a good team there.

I make deposits here multiple times a week. The front manager Rigo is an absolute inspiration. He is ALWAYS smiling, warm and kind to EVERY single customer who walks through the door, without fail. His professionalism and consistency is incredible. The team behind the window is always delightful. Karissa, Vashanti, Nancy, the young gentleman and the ladies there always greet the customers at the window and drive through by name. They are always smiling, pleasant and personable. All the staff at the front also always greet customers with a smile. Exceptional staff creating an exceptional experience for customers. Thank you team!

Very good customer service , they acknowledge you right when you walk in and direct you to where you need to be. The branch manager is really sweet and professional. The banker Kristina is very professional and nice she introduced her self etc she also went out of way to help me in something else. I definitely don’t believe the other bad reviews y’all probably just didn’t get something your way and got mad remember they have policies they have to go by. LOVED THE SERVICE

Ive been banking with Chase for a while and I am so happy with the help I have received from this location so far. My husband lost his job in oil and gas and while he was looking for another job which set us back a lot financially. I went in to see if they would reverse some fees we had. Karma the manager was so nice while I waited for a banker. She sat with me Christina who was a godsend. She got me approved for a credit card and helped me with the fees which helped us make it through. I bank at a few places and out of all the ones I visited I received the most exceptional service from Chase. The situation is embarrassing but the banker showed so much compassion and was willing to help. The whole experience made my day and when we get back on our feet we will be moving everything to Chase.

I was having a particularly rough time trying to cash a payroll paycheck from a new job because everywhere I went assumed I forged a fake check. It was especially trying for me because I haven't eaten anything besides a gas station hot dog in two days (all I could afford since no one would cash the check). Did I mention it was Thanksgiving-Black Friday? Yeah...
The employees at Chase actually listened to my dilemma and could see I was in pain (wasn't that hard to notice) but they treated me with compassion and like how a decent human being should be treated. You would be surprised how many people don't. Because of them, I got to eat that day (Black Friday) all they did was cash my 'suspicious' looking check that I earned from my brand new payroll job. I opened my account with them a week later to show my support for their business. They earned it!

If you want excellent customer service...THIS is the bank/branch for you!! I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I always wait to do my Chase banking services until I am near this location.

I recently started using this location and I am in shock with the customer service I get! Karma has been such a pleasant agent to work with. Not only that, but she remembers a majority of the clients who walk in by face! LOVE IT. Makes my experience more personal when I arrive.
