This is the place where is excellent coffee meets kindness - as Heather & Dave tell the story of their passion for coffee while they barista amazing coffee by Bellingham Coffee Roasters. This is a place I’ll be frequently visiting and returning! Thanks Guys for sharing the passion of coffee and brewing it with such care!

Such a cool neighborhood treasure! Heather and Dave both seem like such genuine and friendly people. You’ll see them chatting with all the locals and regulars while making quality coffee. Highly recommend! Hand crafted, delicious, high quality drinks.

Such an incredible find in a lovely corner of Lake Forest Park. DELICIOUS coffee, served with love & attention to detail! Try the Eldr Mocha if you like a little spice in your coffee, you won't be disappointed!

Wow. Great coffee. Great service. Great sparkling clean airstream style trailer. I was greeted and recognized as new and asked for my name, the two people working both introduced themselves to me and made me feel very welcome. Several people in line were regulars and I can see why..

I've been here a couple of times, now. Their coffee reminds me of my trips to Europe because it isn't overly sweet.

The pastries are from Macrina Bakery which are okay. I think I'm the only one in Seattle who isn't blown away by everything Macrina produces.

What will keep me coming back to Skög Haus is the service and attention to detail. I love a London Fog and they do it right. The tea is a quality brand, it's steeped for the appropriate amount of time, and the flavor is just right. They know lavender is a key ingredient in a proper London Fog and they don't skimp on the quality. This does mean lavender is a seasonal ingredient but they offer rose as a substitute. The rose works nicely with the Earl Grey and vanilla. Give it a try!

What is especially charming is their motivation as illustrated by their logo. Ask them about it when you go.

Wow! Heather and her son Finn at Skög just made my morning. All the other reviews mentioning how Heather remembers all of her customers is true. She greeted several customers by name as we waiting for our drinks and it was a lovely vibe. I got the Eldr Mocha which had a unique (not overly) spicy kick and was delicious. I’m excited to come back again and try the rest of the specialty drinks😋😁

I got a chai ($6.06), it was so delicious and tasted authentic not overly sweet with a hint of spice. The stand itself is gorgeous and i loved the decoration. Would recommend.

My favorite local coffee shop! It's popular so there's usually a small line, but so worth it. And the owners are so kind and their coffee is awesome! If you like spicy, try the eldr mocha or anything with the chai

Heather and Janice were genial and welcoming - I observed them being just as warm with other customers. I met a biker couple waiting for their order and they were just as lovely, and I think Heather and Janice created an inviting, friendly atmosphere for all.
Coffee-wise, I got the Eldr Mocha and it struck a wonderful balance; the perfect richness of chocolate coupled with a delicate heat and pleasant muted sweetness. Parking is freely available in the lot, making it a convenient, albeit a necessary, stop.

Heather is great! Always polite and remembers what everyone one likes. She may be a Russian spy, but I don't care because the coffee is great!

Neighborhood coffee shop with neighborly vibe. Skog Haus has literally the best chai latte I've ever had! All their specialty drinks are amazing, and they always have a great selection of pastries. Heather is the best, she knows and loves all her customers and makes the best drinks!

Best coffee north of the city and I’m lucky enough to live close by! Heather and Janice are so kind and wonderful people to know. I love knowing my barista and she always remembers my order even if I forget to ask for cardamom syrup ;) Try a cardamom oat milk latte next time you go! Excellent hot or iced! It’s worth the wait for their friendly faces and their delicious, thoughtful coffee experience. Appreciate the compostable products too!

A cute walk up coffee stop. We were in town for some concerts and this was within walking distance of our airbnb. I got a quad black americano and my husband got the chai. He said its the best chai he's had. The espresso is high quality as well, very tasty! Heather is very friendly and welcoming. She knows most of her customers by name! Whenever we are in town again we will be sure to stop! Thank you for great coffee!

Skog Haus has incredible coffee, with a roster of tasty annual offerings as well as excellent seasonal drinks. The Macrina pastries are also delish! The service from the owner Heather is an integral part of the Skog Haus experience, she is always delightful and has incredible attention to detail. She is a ray of sunshine on our mostly cloudy Washington days and a trip to LFP is not complete without a visit to her and her truck.

The BEST dirty chai I have ever had! I live over half an hour away and when I can I drive out of my to get it. High quality ingredients formulated by high quality individuals❤

The best little coffee spot this side of the Cascades! We love our Saturday tradition of visiting Heather and the #tinyshiny. They have gluten free pastries from Macrina and all the milk options. You're sure to find something you love!

Always a treat to be able to walk with my partner and dog to enjoy yummy coffee in support of such a well run, local and tasteful pop-up business. Heather is so thoughtful and warm — greeting repeat customers by name and always intentional to welcome newcomers. We’re grateful she shows up rain or shine, summer heat or winter cold - always with a smile. Can’t recommend more strongly!

My grandmother, sister & I stopped by before a scenis Saturday drive and are so glad we did! The woodsman was delicious; found my new favorite beverage in the dirty chai & the mynt Kaffe was gone before we made it back to the car. Our pup was welcomed with a yummy treat & Heather learned each of our names. Just a cherry atop a most delightful & delicious experience.
