Costco Tire & Battery

Dropped my car off for new tires right when they opened on a Friday morning and service was done after an hour and a half. I’m happy!

They were fantastic! I had an appointment and they took my car in a few minutes early. Super polite and straightforward on the phone and when checking out. I was having issues with a slow leak on one of my tires that I purchased from another Costco Tire two months ago and they took the time to explain to me probable causes and what they did for a temporary fix. I did not feel talked down to as a woman and really appreciated their professionalism. I was in and out within an hour.

Costco is Costco, you know what you're getting. This location is the worst. They never answer the phone, it's impossible to get a real person on the phone. I called for information on tired. After it rang for 5 minutes, I heard someone pick up the line, then hang it up. Inexcusable. I know the couple grand I spend there a year doesn't mean squat to them, but for God's sake.....answer the damn phone.

Had a nail in my tire which is one of Costco services to fix. I was told up to 3 hours since a walk-in. After a 5 hour wait it took them 15-30 minutes to fix.

Called Costco Tire Center on Wednesday afternoon to ask about timing and availability to repair a damaged tire (nail) which was purchased and installed at Costco about two months ago, and was told that as a walk-in it would take 5-6 hours to repair my tire, or I could make an appointment online, however, appointments are booked at least a week in advance, so there were no appointments available for at least one week+. Because I have a nail in my tire with no opportunity to fix it at Costco in a timely manner, I have to constantly add air into the damaged tire unit I can get it repaired, hopefully by Costco. Very disappointing. Plus, tire service rep did not display any care about my problem at all, which is unlike typically good experience I usually receive while visiting Costco warehouse.

Really disappointed with this Costco Tire. They rarely pick up the phone, and when they do they're always way out to even get an appointment. When we finally were able to get an appointment, We got one tire, and when they rotated tires, they made no mention of the worn down of our other tires nor made any mention of our alignment. Two months later we went to an independent mechanic as one of our tires had blown and he had mentioned the alignment was completely out of whack and that the tires were severely worn - something Costco folks had failed to mention and he said shouldve been easily noticeable. Will not be trusting Costco for future auto needs.

Do not come here! I made an appointment for 315 on a Monday, to get my tires rotated. I arrived right on time and it took them two hours and twenty four minutes to rotate my tires. 2:24 with an appointment. Nice people that work here but I do not advise anyone to make the same mistake as I. Let your wheels fall off before you come here. Two hours and twenty four minutes.....with an appointment.....for a tire rotation.

Was looking for a walk-in for tire rotation
Won't lift the call after 3 tries
Had to come, stand in queue for 20 minutes to find out no walk-ins for the day

I will buy my next tires elsewhere
Why sell when you can't serve

Or rather, why buy when you won't get the service

Worst service. They will make you wait hours even though you have an appointment.

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Go elsewhere.

Now I see the reason for low ratings. Wanted me to leave my car all day just to check out my tires.

2 weeks to schedule an appointment. Nobody answers the phone.
