Nice CVS store with 24 hours open and clean environment. The pharmacy is well located and staff is courteous.

The Night Pharmacist's Mary and Lawrence are awesome. They are real friendly and very helpful. I work strange hours and very early in the morning. They always help me get my meds quick so I don't have to wait before or after I go to work.

I feel delighted when l visit CVS pharmacy always, l get help locating anything l want from the shop and the smartness and environment in the shop makes me feel like making it my home. CVS keep up the good work.

I had a wonderful experience at this store before work. The staff name Zee was amazing. He took out the time to give great customer service to and another customer. I most definitely will be back because I found a great snack and a cleaning hack for my rest room. Thank you CVS.

This is definitely the busiest CVS I use, and wait times are often long. But everyone I've ever spoken with has been pleasant and helpful. What prompted the review was an experience this past week with the pharmacist Vonny. In the midst of a typical busy afternoon, she helped resolve an insurance issue and really went to bat for me to ensure I could get a prescription filled. I truly appreciate her effort, and it was clear she was advocating for me. Thank you!

I came in on 7/31 with a 25% off coupon that I didn't realize wasn't valid until 8/1. I also didn't notice until I was already at checkout and scanning all my coupons. I kindly asked if they would allow me to continue with my purchases, but still give me the 25% off coupon a day early so I didn't have to come back the next day. The staff and GM were so helpful and help me with this process, which was honestly a pain, but they did it anyway. Lots of math and redoing the transactions, etc. Great service. My go to CVS.

No one will ever write a good experience on reviews, only a bad, so I'm here to say that this place was very nice. The employees all knew each other and seemed like friends. We went to check in for a minute clinic appointment, which in itself is enough to give this place a good review (that they have a minute clinic), and there was a man named Lucas at the kiosks that was actually running vaccines and still helped us, since they were all booked out he said that if I still needed a clinic there was one in the corner of target down Eldorado, he also was nice helping my grandma with the kiosks.

Got covid booster shot here. Got served right at the time of the appointment, although there were like 10 people in pick-up line. Doctor lady was also very nice and pleasant, explained me that booster shot for moderna is only half dose from the previous regular shots. 10 min in and out. Fast, professional. Liked it.

I have honestly never had a problem with this pharmacy. For those complaining about having to wait a while: yeah, they’re a busy store so the wait time is going to be a little longer. I went in recently and was having issues with a new prescription and the pharmacist (Sudheer) was beyond helpful, along with all the pharmacy techs.

I would give the pharmacy here no stars but Jessica the manager was extremely helpful and very understanding. She got my meds filled on the spot with no questions asked. Whatever store she goes to will be in great hands. I would still not recommend this pharmacy due to the lady at the drive thru because she tells you she will have a prescription ready in 20 minutes and 4 days later it still isn't ready.

The late night/ overnight manager (lady w/ NY accent) is so pleasant and friendly. Additionally, I drive from Plano to shop specifically at this location due to outstanding service and store upkeep. It’s by far the nicest and most well managed store I’ve been in. Thanks for making CVS my favorite one-stop shop!

I transferred from my usual pharmacy because I had to pick up a script for my wife one time. I was pleasantly surprised with how well I was treated. They were out of stock but they not only checked around at other CVS locations but they even called one of their competitors to make sure they had it.

I think CVS heard from all the bad reviews and are doing something about it.

I went in to get my prescriptions today and it only took 5 minutes. There were EIGHT employees working behind the counter. That’s right..EIGHT! No longer just 1 or 2 employees.

So if you’re in doubt, come back and try again. I think CVS is listening 👍🏻

Had to run and get Pepto @ 4am. I'm glad they were open and close to me. It was a quick trip. I was in and out .

They were very nice and compassionate last night. We had been searching all over DFW for a certain flu medication and they held it for me while I drive from another location. Great people!
