We love Dr. Schoch & the rest of the team! The service is always excellent, and the team is so friendly. Dr. Schoch is so knowledgeable & always knows exactly how to answer our questions or concerns. We live 35 minutes away & there are about 4-6 vets within a 5 mile radius from our house, but we choose to drive all the way to McKinney just to keep Dr. Schoch as Ezra's doctor. 🐶

Dr Shiplov was compassionate, caring and forthright. His communication made significant impact on our ability to make the most difficult decision. We were grateful Eldorado Animal could see us on short notice when our regular vet could not. Clinic was well organized and staff was caring and helpful.

The entire staff is caring, patient and professional! My groomer after 11 years decided to kick my baby out because she wouldn’t let them touch her paws. The technician at El Dorado Animal Hospital did it in less than 5 minutes without my baby becoming stressed!
My other baby had her teeth cleaned and pulled. The vet took her time to explain everything. I highly recommend El Dorado Animal Hospital.

Love this Vet office they are so caring and concerned about their patients. The vets are very knowledgeable and give you all in information and options that will help you car for you fur baby. The facilities are clean and comfortable.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. We followed Dr Shiplov and I would want no other Vet caring for my pet. You can tell the passion and care he has for animals. The office is always very clean as well which is amazing and hard to do I would imagine

I had to change my appointment at the last minute. No attitude from scheduler. She made me an appointment for the following day. When I arrived with my cat, we got a friendly greeting and quick exchange of information. We were greeted by the tech, Nicole. I have an injury and Nicole immediately offered to carry my cat in his crate to the examining room. She listened very closely, took notes, suggested what she believed the Doctor would be requiring in the way of evaluating my cat’s problem. She carried him back and in no time was back in the room with the doctor. The doctor went over my cat’s labs and body check and reassured me that he was in good shape. What a relief! She made some very good suggestions that I implemented that afternoon. When we were all done, Nicole checked us out and carried my cat out for me. The whole staff calmed us both with their compassion and kindness. Thank you all so much!

I love Eldorado Animal Hospital. I have 4 dogs and they have always taken great care of all of them. Their staff is amazing and Dr. Schoch is so compassionate. . I can’t imagine taking my dogs anywhere else.

It was our first there and I was very impressed. Dr. Schoch and Zack attended to my dog Callie. Both were very friendly and took good care with her.

Came here in what was an emergency to us regarding our brand new baby. They were fast, empathetic and kind. Got her in and checked out in a timely manner and had us an answer and treatment schedule within a couple of hours. Couldn't ask for more. Vets suck, they are never available and are stupid expensive, but this time was not the case. Very grateful for your service, support, and professionalism, especially when it was just my wife that was able to come in y'all communicated very well to both of us so we both need what was going on. I greatly appreciate the extra phone call Piper is on the mend and doing well. This is our new vet for her and the rest of the family. Thank you very much.

I have had animal companions small and large, across half the US. Eldorado Animal Hospital gave me the best experience and value of any vet by far. Kind, knowledgeable, super quick, no upselling, excellent result. This time, my tiniest - an older Chihuahua - was treated and home within minutes!! What I thought would involve costly x-rays, and likely would have anywhere else, was resolved by painlessly popping a dislocated back knee into place. We both walked out enormously relieved.

The entire team was friendly and efficient. It was the first vet appt. for my newly adopted 5-yr-old rescue who experiences anxiety and exhibits some fearful behaviors. Zack was understanding, accommodating and helped to ease my pup's anxiety. Dr. Susan Schoch's natural comfort level with pups and her gentle, friendly approach won my pup over and he was able to have his general exam and a successful first Vet appt. Much gratitude to the whole team!

Dr. Shiplov is amazing! He understands dogs and does his best to make them feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares. In fact, the whole staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else!

My dog, Lo, feels very comfortable when she visits, and they make her feel right at home. They are very honest about their recommendations, and they make it a very low-stress environment for both floof and owner.

This location has been top notch every time I have brought three of my four animals. The staff listens to my concerns, shows complete love and affection to my babies, and they don’t try to sell me something that I “might” need; always straight to the point.

Exceptional experience. We were visiting from out of town and our dog had some pretty urgent medical concerns so I chose Eldorado Animal Hospital based on previous reviews and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman vet tech was so kind and thorough with the initial assessment. Dr. Washington was an absolute gem and really took the time to look at the bigger picture of his issue vs just treating the symptoms. Very impressed! I genuinely recommend this vet practice!
