Bigfoot Java

Ordered some kind of Sunset drink for a quick pick-me-up. Wow...damn delicious! I was not expecting such a good lil surprise. TY Big Foot

It was my first time going there around 11 in the morning. The workers were friendly and helped me to get some satisfactory drinks. I had heard that they had pie drinks, but were unavailable when I had gone to them. However they had helped to make the 2nd best thing which was a sort of blueberry muffin drink which was quite tasty and unique. Also had an Oreo milkshake for my mother and she enjoyed it more than the usual places we go for one. So we will likely return to try out more drinks and when my mother gets her Oreo milkshake itch.

I go here way too much because I just love this place! No matter what location you go to, the girls are amazing! Best coffee in Seattle, hands down.

The drinks were great. I recommend something with red bull in it.

5 stars tonight, 0 stars every night prior. Tonight there are 2 gals I don't usually see, and they're getting the line through SO fast! They need Kuddos and a bonus!! Please get rid of the gal that talks too much, it took 1 hr 12 mins for her to get 8 cars through. Yes, i time her.... Seriously, I come here before work because you're the only place open. Hopefully the 2 gals you have working tonight (its 9:30 PM 7/03) will be here more often. Thanks ladies, I wish I would've gotten your names so your boss knows how well you're doing!

Amazing coffee. So smooth and not bitter. The lines can get really long bc its so good, and they don't move quickly but it's so worth the wait. Try the Mythical Mocha!!

The wonderful ladies at this location not only know what me and my wife get but there have been times where they saw us pulling up and drink was ready when we got to the window

I've never got any bad experiences from this Bigfoot location. My drink is somewhat a hassle to order and I've had many mess it up before and it seems like for some reason the girls here always get my drink on point! The best part about specifically about this location also is that I've never had any nasty attitudes come back from any of the employees if my drink was made wrong. I hate even having to say something, but in doing so I appreciate the continuous smiles and positivity I receive after the fact.

Love this location. Employees are very friendly and make sure you get what you order. This location is by far my favorite

Best coffee ever! Better than Starbucks. The girls that work there are always super nice. The line can be long and then it takes a while but it's worth the wait! I love that they have a loyalty program as well.

I'm just happy this exist, my cheat snack once a month.

Most of the gals that work here are great. Coffee is my happy place and the girls can always cheer me up. Some treat me better than family. It's impossible to have every staff member perfect. But they've are quite close to perfect.

Management does an awesome job at keeping staff from wearing scented lotions. Nothing worse than drinking a coffee that makes you feel like you're eating lotion. The few things I don't like about this location has nothing to do with BigFoot itself but the other busineses around it.

As for all the complaints from others... The long waits are not the workers but the customer if front of you and what they order. The staff can not control customers and they should not have to apologize for having enough business to create a line. They are always moving as fast as possible. I mean do you run around work your entire shift every shift or do you work at a pace you can withhold all day?

Laura was working at the Bigfoot in federal way near 272nd today and she was the sweetest! She made my day brighter!

They have a great selection of drink options for everyone, the people who work there are always happy and give excellent suggestions. I got an Italian soda with cherry and orange juice. Only thing I can see people having an issue with is wait time but its always worth it for me

Better than S-bux any day of the week.

My family fell in love with Bigfoot because of this location. Busy but not too long of a wait. Great customer service. Wish they stocked more cookies daily. Cowboy and the M&M is the best. 💕 Ya'll!

Staff is very helpful and the coffee is better than any Starbucks I've had! Love this place

Came on Christmas eve in the later evening..great friendly staff! They just had a shift change and didn't catch the gals name who made my drink but she was newer I think and did a great job!

24 hour drive through for delicious coffee. My last 2 tall lattes tasted great and were a better value than Starbucks. The barrista was friendly and quick. Will be back!

They make a awesome cup of coffee and it's served by beautiful people that care about how they make and serve your coffee ☕ 😉
