P. Terry's Burger Stand #14

Couple juicy beef patties, melted cheese, tomato slices paired with crunchy lettuce and onions, everything beautifully stacked in the middle of the buns... The result? One of the best burgers in town. I consider myself lucky living in a city where besides of many local burger joints, we also have access to nation wide burger chains; however, I honestly feel that many times the local burger joints are better in taste than the big name brands.

Fast food burgers and fries. Nothing fancy. Just great food at a great price.

I got a cheeseburger combo, and my wife got a bacon cheeseburger combo. Both were excellent.

We spent less than $20 for our two combo meals. Unheard of today, but it was excellent. Really surprised they weren't busier with those prices.

P. Terry’s! A delicious TX classic. Great burgers and fries, always enjoyable and fresh. They’ve got a drive thru and awesome dessert options like the chocolate chip cookie or banana bread, loved those! The tea and lemonade don’t taste too sweet and come with fresh lemon which is a really nice touch. Can’t wait to visit again!

The Service Staff are great & friendly But it's the quality of hamburgers & sides prepared by those Staff that is superb & far superior to the national chains of fast food burgers & fries.

P. Terry's is an affordable stop well worth any extra drive out of the norm.
You may dine in, dine on a well shaded and covered patio or drive through to go.

Too, the facility is well maintained and spotless inside and out. I know—was on site hours before sunrise—as the photos will confirm. Even the drive-thru lanes were litter free.

The burgers are Great.

It was my very fist visit to a P. Terry's location. Very impress with the young lady at the register. Answe, my questions and was very polite & professional. The burgers were great, and the handmade limonade was one of the best I had in a very long time. I would definitely be back at this location!

We visited 3-30-19 for lunch on a very busy Saturday afternoon. We only used the drive through and did not dine inside. Our order was processed quickly, everything was correct and delicious. P Terry’s burgers and fries are so so good!!! We tried the banana bread for the first time this visit too. It was moist and flavorful. When in Austin we always make sure we get our P Terry’s fix!

I honestly started writing this review while waiting in line at the drive-through because I already knew this burger was going to be awesome. I’ve never been disappointed by P Terry’s, the main reason why is the food is always HOT unlike some other places. P Terry’s, what a burger!

First time, ordered #1 I really liked it just the perfect size. The French fries were fresh cut and hot! Now I know why they are always busy.

I absolutely love the burgers and breakfast sandwiches here. Just picked up a breakfast sandwich today and the woman working the window was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a shout out.

This location revived my love for P. Terry's! The service was fast and my burger and fries were fresh with the fries coming right out of the fryer. The Georgetown location almost made me stop going to P. Terry's, now I know that location is just not good. This location is recommended though!

Six of us came in 20 minutes before closing. Everyone was very friendly - fries absolutely perfect - skinny, hot and just the right amount of crunch, burgers nice and juicy. We will definitely be back (much earlier in the day). It really says a lot about the attitude of the staff and management when you come right in at closing time and the food is as great as it is mid-afternoon.

Great for what it is. Good fries and lots of good burger choices. Reminded me of Austin version of in and out burger.

Our go-to hamburger place in Austin. Hands-down much better than In-and-Out and Chick-fil-a, combined!

I really enjoy their wheat bun (and I always add bacon to my cheeseburger), but my favorite treat is their french fries. Much more flavor than anyone else’s.

And don’t forget their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! What a grand treat!

P Terry's is one of the best fast food burger joints in Austin.

I live off P. Terry's. The food is simple and cheap and reliable. They are open early and serve the entire menu at any hour. They have multiple locations placed along my usual routes. I wish they wouldn't use buttermilk in their crispy chicken burger recipe cause I try to be dairy-free, but oh well.

Love their burgers and fries. Tried the chicken nuggets and they were so light.

Delicious! My wife is from Texas and has been telling me about P. Terry's for a while and we finally tried it. The burgers and fries were both delicious and high quality, and the price was great as well! Highly recommend this place if you want a step up in food quality from your normal fast food for only slightly higher prices. Definitely would go back again!

Food is always great, service is on point! Sometimes there’s a wait (staffing most likely) but super good overall!

I can't say enough good about P. Terry's! Best burger chain there is.

This is my favorite burger place since Fuddruckers closed. Good quality meat, good flavor, and the veggie burger is awesome!
