The Nail C.E.O

Tracy and her staff are always so friendly and welcoming to their salon. I have been going here since they opened their doors. It's a very clean salon, comfy atmosphere, and prices are comparable to the other local salons. They have such a HUGE color selection in gel, regular polish and SNS dip powder.

The only place I go to get my nails done!!! I love Tracy!! I give her a picture of what I want, and my actual nails always look better than the example.

This place has never disappointed me. Their prices are reasonable and competitive, and even when they are busy the staff always seems to be friendly. I used to get SNS here, but recently they started offering the gel extensions and I have loved the look and quality of them so far. I have tried other nail salons around Morgantown just to see what other places have to offer, however, I always find myself coming back to the nail C.E.O.

This salon has never done me wrong! Wendy is amazing- she listens to exactly what the client wants and makes it happen. The only thing I would note is that they do tend to get busy and you might have to wait a little bit past your appointment BUT the staff there works so well together to get everyone in and out and they do a beautiful job every time!

Fantastic service. Lovely staff. Always on time for appointments and do quality work quickly. I can get a full pedicure and SNS manicure in about an hour. Highly recommend.

Howell at the Nail CEO nailed it!! I have been getting my nails done for may years but these are my absolute favorite!!

yesterday was my first time at this salon. i have been around town trying to find a quality nail salon that treats their customers with kindness. this place was exactly that! my nails look AMAZING and exactly like the picture. all of my friends have complemented my nails saying how beautiful they are! thank you so much and i will definitely be coming back :)

Love this place. They do amazing work. Remember you get what you pay for. I do not mind paying for what I want. I love my nails!

They are friendly and are able to do whatever you ask. They have the largest selection of gel & SNS polish I’ve seen. Prices are decent as well. They also removed my acrylics for free.

My wife and I were traveling from the Charlotte NC area, and my wife needed to get her nails done. Her review is as follows: I have very long, natural nails. I always do acrylic overlay for strength of my long nails along with a gel polish. Some salons back home will not attempt my nails due to the time it takes to do them. Tracy at CEO took on the job. I have been maintaining my nails like this for a long time, and Tracy took her time and did the best job I have ever had! Although the salon was busy, she paid every attention to detail, just as I asked. You could tell she takes great pride in her work. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and a job well done, Tracy! If I lived in the area, I would be a return customer for sure. Tracy and this salon puts my salons back home to shame! I got a much better outcome for a lot less money than what I pay back in N.C. A job very well done! Thank you!

I have been going to this salon since it opened and have NEVER had any issues! I always get great service and my nails look amazing! I give them an idea of what I want and they far exceed my expectations! Today is another perfect example! The salon is getting busier so people need to realize this. Especially with students being back in town. If you don’t have an appointment expect to have at least a lil wait (15-45 minutes) if you have an appointment they will get started with u as soon as they are able to. I will ALWAYS go and get my nails done here, no matter what negative reviews I read as those cases DO NOT show a day to day at this place but how one day so happened things didn’t go so well for circumstances out of the control of those that own/work there.

I really like Nail CEO! It is a beautiful relaxing space. They quickly offered me a drink and started on my dip manicure. Feels luxurious and peaceful. Big screens with travel scenes running non stop and spa type music. It felt really good to relax in this lovely place!

I had the previously gone to two other salons in town and this one was FAR BEST the best one. How showed me how the previous tech did my nails incorrectly and gave me the nails that Ive been wanting! I can’t wait to come back

Visited 1/22/17 for a pedicure. Salon was clean, the staff friendly with a nice variety of amenities and polish options. I was presented a menu of services for the pedicures with prices clearly marked. Excellent value for the service. Was offered a water or soda which was a nice touch. So glad to have a clean, friendly salon in Cheat Lake. I will be a regular.

Saw Rachel and she was absolutely wonderful! She asked for my feedback throughout the process which isn’t always common with salons. She was skilled and was extremely thorough. Got a coffin shaped SNS French fade and could not have been happier! I will never go anywhere else in Morgantown.

I get a pedicure once a year, and chose to try this place, amazing! They were very kind and did a good job! The leg/foot massage was excellent. They did a great job on the polish, Will definitely be coming back again!

I was a walk in and the wait was not long. I found the salon to be exceptionally clean and technician removed tools from sterile bagging. The massage with the pedicure was excellent. I wish I had found this place sooner..best nail salon I have been to in town.

I got a SNS full set. Definitely the best nail place in town! I asked for coffin nails and got them exactly how I wanted. My nail technician also recommended a glitter ombré, which made my nails look even better. It's a very clean, upscale salon. I had Brandon do mine in chair 8. I will be continuing to go back to Brandon!

Today I experienced great service. Brandon is tbe best in town. The place was nice and very clean! . He took his time , he did not rush, my nails look fabulous! I decided to trust them with my eyebrows, the lady did a great job! I got treated like the Boss I am. Best place in Morgantown!
