Giant Eagle Supermarket

I do not normally write Google reviews, but I just wanted to give an employee shout-out. The customer service from Giant Eagle employee Andrew was absolutely impeccable. I wish I could give him a 6-star rating and a raise. One of the most pleasant employees I have ever encountered. He scanned my items with a smile and even asked me about my day. What a nice young man!

There was a really long line at self-checkout so I had the pleasure of being greeted by Andrew as my cashier. Amazing customer service!!!!

Nice place to shop. Clean store and stuff us easy to find.

Good selection, customer service still exists here, convenient and great feeling whrn you shop there.

Everyone in the store knows it will help me find anything I want. They have even pick me up off the floor and transported me to the hospital

Very friendly staff, very clean and not crowded at all. Everything seemed to be stocked and no empty shelves that I could see. Might have to start going here to grocery shop. Definitely recommend

Great store with a perfect location. Prices seem fairly reasonable. Meat and seafood is very fresh and there's a large selection. Not usually busy, parking is very accessible and easy to get a parking spot close to the store unlike most other stores. You can find pretty much everything you need here, this stop even has a bank and pharmacy with a drive through.

Stopped here for a few things. Store was clean. Staff were friendly. Had no problems finding what I was searching for. I don't know much else to say about a grocery store. They got the groceries and different departments, like a meat department, bakery, deli, etc.

There was no line and surfaces were being cleaned between customers. The store was well lit and seemed to be well stocked with a large assortment of items. This location has a liquor department as well as a bakery and deli. There is a drive through pharmacy at the location as well. They even have fresh flowers and greeting / assorted gift cards for that anniversary you didn't forget about until the last minute 😉

I'm not usually a fan of big chain retailers, however, this chain particularly has skewed my normal views! From ordering with their online app to pickup curbside, I have never experienced a more manageable and capable app! Quick picks and convenient categories make shopping online a breeze! And pickup even easier! The only downside is not being allowed to tip the grocery loader! Let's work on the Giant Eagle! Footwork deserves appreciation! The store itself is very organized and clean! When I shop I enjoy snacking so that I don't buy unnecessary hunger pain impulse purchase, so having a deli with hot fresh prepared food is essential for my shopping trips. And again, giant eagle did not disappoint! With a liquor store and beer cave, as well as a fuel station and free air pump, this really is a one stop shop for all your grocery and extra curricular needs!

Currently doing some interior construction, they still were able to have exactly what I needed and unlike Walmart, I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes!!! Clean. Stocked. Will pick Giant Eagle over most others in area, every time.

Best grocery store in or around Morgantown. Small town feel and everyone is nice. Also clean. Looks like they take pride in their store. And if you're lookin for cakes and the best fresh bread around you should definitely go there.

Siara make my daughter Prudence first birthday cake and her smash cake.. the smash cake came out beautifully no one could have done it better!! the actual half a sheet cake was absolutely what we wanted and so much more!!! She truly went above and beyond!!! The cake tasted absolutely amazing!!

Top quality produce and products, friendly and helpful staff. They have the best in-house made hot and sweet Italian sausages with natural casings in town!

It can be a little more on the expensive side, but they also have some pretty incredible money savers. I’ve also pretty much also always received excellent service when I’m there. Plus the deli and seafood department is easily the best in town.

The grocery selection has such a wide variety and so reasonably priced! The employees were all wonderful, too. The whole experience reminded me of when I would go to the grocery store with my Grandma. This is my new favorite grocery store!

Very clean...friendly employees...courteous when helping. Fresh veg and fruits....wide variety. Deli has wide selection and also a great area for fresh fish and seafood. Paid a bill through the office....including waiting my turn...took 15 minutes top.

This morning Stephanie had the patience of a saint. So calm and unflappable. We need more employees with her demeanor and work ethic.

I had car trouble the day I went. It was very hot out and the manager gave my God Daughter candy and my wife, 2 bottles of cold water to help. Other employees also tried to aid us with our dilemma. Everyone was wonderful
