Awesome place. The associates are so helpful. They guided me through the whole process of purchasing a new Craftsman mower. They even assisted us in loading it in my truck that sits very high. Thank you Kieth.

Went to buy some paint. Very helpful gentleman led me to the best products for the need I described to him. I also noticed that some of the departments product lines may be upgraded. Checkout was pleasant but you also have the option of self checkout.

This location has great staff and is always well stocked. Great service overall. Service desk is helpful and online ordering with store pick up is convenient and fast.

One worker Leonia from Morgantown,wv. Far exceeded what was required of her. She cut us a hell of a deal when finding out a price sticker was wrong for set of tools. Wonderful woman.

I shop at Lowes a lot for work. Was going to Get this Christmas Peacock 🦚 at Lowes for the outside of work and my Theme was going to be animals since we are a Veterinarian Hospital. But when I went up on Monday November 29th. Lowes was sold out of almost every Christmas Decoration they had, so was disappointed that I can't get the lighted Animals for work. They even sold the display that you see here..I had to get another set of lights for work and went today the 3rd and what they do have left is all 25% off now. So got a few good bargains for decorating the outside of work. If you get a chance Drive by Cheat Lake Animal Hospital and see my light display. Thanks to Lowes!!! Happy Holidays Everyone!!!

The young male employee was extremely helpful. He selected four straight treated wood spindled railings. He selected 16 brackets to use to install the railings. My wife and I completed the installation in a few hours at a home owned by my parents in Farmington, WV. He also wore a mask. I also wore a mask. Great visit today at Lowe's.

They were very accommodating matching a sale for my hubby. They had a tool deal that they were out of stock and the hardware salesperson found a similar item and gave him the discount. It was above and beyond service that we really appreciated!

My husband visited Lowes on Venture Drive in Morgantown to purchase a power washer. There was a question on the pricing due to the fact they had a sale tag on the power washer he was to purchase but the sale had expired. The manager Brian offered him the sale price and even allowed me to purchase an accessory at a discount. He went above and beyond to make the mistake right. He has made him a customer of Lowes for a long time. Thanks again for the personal treatment. We both appreciate it.

I’m a trim carpenter and use my dewalt impact constantly. Well, mine crapped out on me and I took it back to try and exchange it but didn’t have a receipt. I assumed I’d put it on our Lowe’s card but hadn’t. The store manager could see how many tools I buy monthly and exchanged it anyway. Great customer service!

Very friendly staff and great selection

They have a good garden section plenty of variety to choose from. I will have to admit though last year they had a lot more items that I usually need then they did this year. Their prices are more than the garden centers around my home. But they have a bigger amount and more variety.

West Virginia has the best Lowes pa has nothing I always find what I need at west virginia lowes.and the employees are so nice

THIS Lowes is top notch for service, even with the scarcity of workers which plagues so many businesses.

It helps to BE a skilled construction tradesman, of course, but when the ASM and a Retired US Veteran employee both approach me to answer a product location, well, that sells me. They care about their customers as I care about my customers.

Other Lowe's aren't so fortunate with knowledgeable associates. This Lowe's is my preferred store.

Love that they have all you need for hardware projects. Plus a lot more.
