Service is quick and friendly, but I feel like their selection is rather lacking as compared to B&N across town

Great bookstore! Their yearly club deal really is a great deal. This store has an amazing children's section. Love their clearance section as well. Wish the coffee shop had been open, but we were late. Love that they have one! A beautiful up to date store and friendly employees! Win, win!

I love Books-A-Million! For the most part, I like their set up better than the other book store in town and I think they tend to be about a dollar cheaper. Plus, they have bargain books all the time, especially on the classics, such as Bronte. I just feel that the overall flow of this store makes a bit more sense than the other book store and so it's easier to find what you are looking for. I also enjoy coming to their cafe to write or do whatever else I need to do; everyone is so helpful!

Have always loved this store. Usually has the books I’m looking for or will order them in for me. Staff is very polite and courteous. On a slow day they’ve even just talked to me about the books they liked and made recommendations. The sitting area is also a great spot to relax. Sometimes we’ll just go get some coffee and sit down with a book for a few hours and pass time. The atmosphere is very relaxed.

Well, Joe Muggs (the coffee place) closed, sadly. Still, the manager (Amanda) and the staff, especially Kayleigh are fabulous and knowledgeable. Love browsing the book shelves. Sone construction is going on to replace the coffee area with a magazine display.

I can't always stand for long periods or walk very far with my back. I can usually make the short walk into the cafe to enjoy a treat while my husband looks at books. The blackberry mocha is amazing! Wish there was a larger selection of baked goods but what they have is delicious.

I love reading the books and I believe their coffee is way better than Starbucks especially the frappes

Better than any book store like ever in Morgantown! It’s really fast with purchasing my favorite manga series,while I’d have to wait a month or-so after the release at another book store. It has a bigger and better manga collection as well. The prices are cheaper there two, even by a dollar or thirty cents but it’s still cheaper!

Good selection of books and gifts! If you need to pick up a birthday gift for a child, or an adult, this is a great place to do it. Helpful staff. Convenient to the Pierpont Exit of I-68. Near Michael's, Lowe's, BFS liquor, IHOP, etc.

Very well organized and clean inside. Very friendly staff that was ready to greet us the moment we walked in. Great assortment of books and other things too!

Great place to study. Love the cafe. They also have an excellent selection of text ranging from periodicals to science fiction novels and everything in between. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic prices on books, generous rewards program, bargain prices for most classics and decent sales on new books, wide variety of subjects available. Barring Retailer-Exclusive editions of certain books, they have everything you could want and more.

Very impressed with the customer service... Ben a guy working there, really helped me find what I needed and when they didn't have what I needed, he helped me get it ordered and even helped me with my issue of payment cuz I had to pay some cash and some credit card and it was a work out but he really put forth the effort and time to help me and I really appreciated the good customer service great job Ben!!

Better than candy! I can usually find what I want here. The staff are helpful and the coffee shop adds the perfect touch! I love this place!

Ah, my home away from home! I do love to read so perhaps I carry a bit of bias here. BAM is my default book store due simply to the proximity to my house, but I have never had a bad experience there. The staff can be a bit insistent on theup sales, but they're expected to meet certain quotas, so don't be too hard on them.
