Great company. Great staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a vendor, we work with many different companies and BCP is simply one of the best. They seem to always go the extra mile to make their tenants happy. Sometimes, even at their own expense. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental property.

Bel Cross has been amazing for my roommate and I to work with! Doug was so kind when assisting us to find a place to rent that suited all of our needs! Bel-Cross was great to work with while we renting. Our townhome was great, and Rhonda made the experience stress-free by providing timely maintenance when we needed it, and made sure to follow up to ensure any problems were taken care of.

We also had a wonderful home buying experience with Destiny at Bel-Cross. She made the process easy and fun. She worked around our schedule, and was always available for questions along the way. Her knowledge of real estate laws and processes was impressive. The documents that we needed for making offers, contracts, etc. were always completed promptly, ensuring that we didn't miss any opportunities or deadlines. We would recommend her 100%.

The apartment I am in has modern upgrades and is reasonably priced. The main reason I have renewed my lease is because of the outstanding team at Bel Cross. Maintenance responds and has a problem of mine fixed within a day, and if a part is needed to be ordered, they have it installed and fixed as soon as it comes in. I also have to point out an amazing employee, Rhonda, who works at the office. She has helped me with numerous requests and questions all year in a very timely manner. Thankful for this crew and their patience :)

Rhonda was very responsive to my maintenance requests and even checked up on everything a week or so after it was fixed. When I first started renting Ronnie was also very helpful getting my lease signed. Doug, who showed me the apartment, was very honest and transparent and answered all my questions. These people have been great!

Doug is my agent and I couldn’t be HAPPIER with him! Doug is such a nice guy! He has been so professional, he had gotten back to me very quickly about touring the house- once I decided the house was perfect for me and my girls he made the whole process so easy for me, again helped with any questions or concerns I had and I was able to move in within 2-3 days of touring the house! It was great! Now that we are moved in- he has still continued to be just awesome! Again very quick with getting back to me about any questions or concerns I’ve had. I know that I’ve made the best choice going with Bel-Cross Properties and Doug has just been absolutely AMAZING. If I could give Doug and Bel-Cross Properties a 100 star rating I absolutely would because I’m 100% sure that I’m going to continue to have nothing but a GREAT lessee/lessor relationship with them! I lived in one of Bel-Cross’s apartments for a year now and it’s been amazing. My agent, Rhonda has been very responsive and very helpful with any questions I would have. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and she kept me updated with everything. She even followed up the next day after it was fixed to see if things were okay! Thanks again Rhonda!!!

although we just moved in last week , this company has been so helpful and responsive during our time with them. they have done a great amount of work to our house & were willing to fix our complaints quickly. When my dishwasher and stove broke this past week for different reasons, Belcross Properties handled the situations so quickly and professionally. Both David and Rhonda reached out to coordinate and check on the maintenance results, and I felt taken care of and I am so relieved. Everything was fixed as if new. I am really happy living here in my apartment and I appreciate the quality service of the company.

By far, the best leasing office in town. Agents that care about their tenants. Maintenance show up when asked for and are cordial. Was a tenant for 2 different properties and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Don’t think twice when deciding.

Within two days of reporting that my window blinds didn’t work, Bel-Cross sent a very friendly maintenance man to completely replace them with brand new blinds. Rhonda then followed up with me to make sure everything was perfect, and it is! Very friendly and responsive staff.

Rhonda Bucklew was extremely great dealing with a heating issue we had. She was prompt with messages and got someone out here each time within 24 hours or less to deal with it. It's an old heating system so there were a few issues, but all fixed now. I also appreciate that she followed up each time to make sure all was well.

We worked with Ronnie at BelCross Properties to sell our home. Ronnie was incredibly wonderful to work with! He is exceedingly warm, friendly, and honest. He worked very hard to move everything along smoothly and quickly, and called with updates often so we could always know what was going on. (We were amazed at just how quickly everything could move along!) He was very thorough going through all information with us, from recommended updates to the home prior to putting it on the market, to all the details of offers, to the closing process itself. Highly recommend Ronnie and Belcross! I feel grateful to call him a wonderful friend! :)

I have been a client of Bel-Cross for 9 months now. During that time, I have had the pleasure of speaking and emailing with Ms. A Wagner on several occasions. She is always professional, responsive and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Bel-cross to anyone looking for a quality property management company to manage their property.

Rhonda was very informative and helpful in assisting me with my maintenance needs. She made sure everything I requested to be completed was done, followed up with me, and communicated with me very patiently and kindly; even at times that I was frustrated with issues in my apartment (prolonged leak in my bathroom that took three attempts to actually be resolved by maintenance, but they claimed it was resolved the first two times). Without her, I don’t think my issue would have been resolved!! She held them accountable and ensured they did their jobs right for me. 10/10 service from Rhonda. This does not apply to other departments though since maintenance could do better. Rhonda deserves a raise!!!!!!!

I’ve been at Fountain View for a few months now and I can’t say enough nice things about my living experience. I’ve had a few issues with my appliances and, 9 times out of 10, someone is here the next day to address my problem. Recently I needed a new garbage disposal and I’ve been having troubles with my washer/dryer. Not only was my garbage disposal replaced the day after contacting maintenance, Rhonda always makes an effort to reach out and make sure I’m satisfied with the work. I’m so happy with my living experience at Fountain View, from my very spacious apartment to the fantastic staff that work at Bel Cross.

Bel-Cross properties is by far one of the greatest apartment renting places I've ever rented from they take care of you from maintenance calls too great apartments too choose from the whole staff is very helpful and friendly iv rented from a few places in Morgantown west Virginia and they are number 1 in my book
