My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Sheetz at 1865 Mile Ground Road in Morgantown, West Virginia this morning for breakfast at 6:00 a.m. We were incredibly impressed by the friendly and attentive employees who made our experience truly delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome.

The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our orders were prepared exactly as we wanted. The food was not only delicious but also served promptly and with care. It's evident that the employees take pride in their work, as every detail, from the presentation of the food to the cleanliness of the dining area, was impeccable.

What stood out to us most was the positive and energetic atmosphere created by the employees. Despite the early hour, their enthusiasm was infectious and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. It's clear that the team at Sheetz 1865 Mile Ground Road is dedicated to providing top-notch service and creating a memorable dining experience for their customers.

Great gas station, well stocked store, friendly customer service, clean restrooms.
On the rare occasion I have had an issue and reported it to customer service via their site/app, I’ve received very good response and resolution. Very well run business/chain.

Review for all sheetz stores. I have gone to sheetz a lot. A awful lot but really in the last year or so I know at least ever since they got rid of the popcorn chicken Lol i did love that stuff no lie.... But every thing else you get from there (and I'm talking all sheetz in general not just this one) though some of it is good, the chicken is horrible.
I mean of course you shouldn't expect grade A food at a gas station period they'll never be on that level.... But I swear everytime I go there the chicken and some other foods are just the most horrible and I don't remember their food being like that?

I LOVE sheetz (even use to work at one) I stopped this morning at 4:50AM. To order me and my daughter just a quick breakfast sandwich before getting on the road for a long car ride I did place a mobile order after getting back to the car and opened our food they were both so cold. I did have to wait for my order which was totally fine so when they called out my name, I said thank you the girl was right there so she definitely heard me not was she busy and she didn’t even look at me or give me a response which I thought was extremely rude. Not my normal sheetz I stop at so I think I’ll stick to it. .

I got a cup of coffee and told attendant that the milk thing was out he said thank you and walked to the back. Never returned to refill milk thing. So I took my mto slip to register to at least pay so my food could be made. Only to stand there for five minutes waiting on a cashier. The lady at the food prep area just raised her arms like I don't know what to do. Needless to say I just left customer service at this location is in need of a major training class.

I purchased a very large order for my step sister last night. She was accused of petty theft and was treated very rudely by Manager Corey and a male counterpart, whom Corey defended the behavior of. Not acceptable by any regards. I offered financial compensation irregardless of a miss charge and was disregarded by Manager Corey, he claimed he was viewing the video and audio. I called later and spoke to a female manager, she kindly apologized, Corey should have done this to me at a very minimum.
