While a visit to the Dentist may not be a favorite appointment, especially when you have a tooth problem, i can tell my time in the chair turned out surprisingly great! .
Dr. Sanders and Angela were incredibly understanding and supportive. They took the time to explain everything, listened to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. Despite my initial apprehension, their caring approach made the experience much more manageable. I still don't love shots and drilling, but with their compassion, I feel more at ease about future visits. I'm truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

I almost look forward to having work done here. The staff is very friendly in the most sincere way. They take the time to explain the steps in each procedure. Dr.Sanders and Angela are very mindful if you should feel any discomfort and are quick to remedy the situation. I’m also impressed with their state of the art equipment. Ignore your teeth and they will go away, but Dallas Dental Group will ensure that this doesn’t happen to you.

Susie is a very experienced, qualified, and dedicated professional as well as being the kindest hygienist I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been very fortunate to be her patient for many years. I met Dr. Sanders today and he was quite knowledgeable, informative and very personable. My regular dentist, Dr. Welch was unavailable to see me today but I recommend him highly to anyone searching for a top tier dentist. The entire office is welcoming and is a wonderful environment to place your trust in for any type of dental care .

This place was great. Very nice office that was easy to find! Everyone I interacted with from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistant, to Dr sanders himself took excellent care to provide me with exactly what I needed and made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I am new to Dallas and found Dallas Dental Group was highly rated on the internet. They did an excellent job with exams and cleaning. I needed a crown and a filling on a front tooth. They showed me the digital X-rays and carefully discussed what needed to be done. They have completed the work and everything was carefully and professionally done. I have a high confidence in their work.

Had my first visit at Dallas Dental Group today after seeing the same dentist elsewhere since 1997. Change is hard (especially for me). It never really occurred to me that I might just find that my new place is actually better than my old place. To my pleasant surprise, it was though. Each person from the front desk, assistant, hygienist to the Dr. (everyone I encountered) was polite, welcoming, thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. I just may have been missing out on something these last few years since moving to N Dallas but clinging to my E Dallas practitioner. I made the change due to insurance coverage, but that seems to have been a very fortunate circumstance for me. It was only one visit, but I was there several hours and it was 100% a positive experience. If you are searching for a dental office (that accepts BCBS) I would call them. I can’t imagine that you would regret it.

I have gone to Dallas Dental Group for 4 years now. I love the staff, especially Dr. Layla and Megan (I'm sorry if I forgot an 'h')! As both my dentist and hygienist, they have been amazing and I feel so comfortable with them. Other dentistry practices have been pushy about services or judgmental about not wanting to whiten my teeth, and left a sour taste in my mouth when it came to going to the dentist. However, Dr. Layla and Megan never judged, never pushed, and only cared about making sure my teeth were healthy and strong.

Unfortunately, I am leaving the state. I am disappointed to leave such an amazing practice behind, but both Dr. Layla and Megan gave me advice on how to advocate for myself while looking for a new dentist in my next home. My experience with Dallas Dental has helped ease my anxiety about going to the dentist.

Megan, Sam and Dr Lohmann were attentive and professional/ great experience, if that is possible in dentistry. Not my favorite event, but looking forward to Dr Lohmann correcting issues with dentures. KUDOS to the team!!

I’ve never had a dentist care so much and coordinate with my other oral care docs to ensure my dental care was addressed properly. Had a cap fall off over the weekend and I was able to talk with my dentist within 30 minutes and have an appointment early the next office day. After x-rays of the tooth and cleaning, the cap was replaced. A seamless repair and allowed little disruption to my daily activities. All staff are professional and happy!

I was recommended to Dallas Dental Group from a family friend and I have never been happier with the entire experience and team. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I went to a different dental group prior to coming here and I was not even remotely treated the same as I was here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental work in the North Dallas area!

I was nervous about coming in to have a crown removed after breaking it on a popcorn kernel🧐. But Dr. Welch and his assistant Veronica made the whole thing stressless and painless. He fully explained each step beforehand, gave the best pre-procedure shot ever (!), and had me fitted with a temp crown in short order. You are in great hands at this practice!

I went in for my first visit today and I have to say it was the best dental experience that I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of meeting Cynthia and Dr.Sanders. Both were very knowledgeable and super nice. I cannot put into words how happy I am with the service they provided. Cynthia gave me the best and most detailed cleaning I have ever had. Dr.Sanders was very friendly and helpful. He even pointed out things that other dentist have never mentioned to me. Overall the best dental clinic I have been to. I would highly recommend coming here.
