I have bought so many cars in my life, this was an great experiance and good deal. Car was listed on FB marketplace, Adam responded immediately to my inquiry and was responsive to multiple questions. The vehicle was as described and was at fair price without haggling. I took delivery from Chase who was very transparent and appreciative of the business. I would buy from.them again, remember these are used cars and there may always be surprises, I believe they try to buy good cars, check them out and price them fairly.

This is now March 2024 I bought a 2011 BMW and the best experience ever the best price ever and the car is great. I got my tags quickly within two weeks and my title came shortly after ! I was in the market for a coupe so I used Cargurus to narrow my search to only vehicles they considered to be a "great deal". Then I narrowed further by only looking at vehicles coming from dealerships with a 3.5+ Google rating. From the remaining candidates, one stood out like a sore thumb - Luxury Motorsports, with a 4.6 rating. No other used car dealership came close and just based off that, I decided to shop with them.

Buying a used car has an inherent risk with it so I simply wanted to be in the hands of a company that had a proven track record with customers. Especially because I am new to the area and don't know any reliable mechanics where I can have the vehicle inspected.

Adam and Hamid made the process easy A-Z. They started by recommending a credit union I can go to and I was approved within a day of calling. From there, I simply went in and within an hour or so I was driving off.

The initial test drive was great, the car was a smooth as butter. But the next day I took it on the highway to test at higher speeds and when I got up to the 70 range, the engine began pulling and the engine light would flash - I could tell something was off. Shortly thereafter I was at a light and as I accelerated the engine began pulling again and once I was at 30mph the engine light came on and stayed on. This was 2 days after buying it.

So I called in Monday morning and both Adam and Hamid were very kind and concerned, and asked to bring the vehicle in so they could have a look and help get me sorted. I dropped off the vehicle and the next day it was ready for pickup. Immediately I went on the highway to test it out and let me tell you that this bad boy RUNS! Its as smooth as butter and handles the high speeds like its supposed to. Absolutely zero issues now after driving it for 30 miles post fix. The car is in phenomenal condition, the exterior and interior are both spotless. Engine is nice and quiet. Tires were damn near new. I am nothing short of delighted with this purchase and grateful that I stuck with my guts and went with the highest rated dealer. Where most dealers would shut the door on you because vehicles are sold "as-is", Adam and Hamid were conscientious of the situation in that it had only been 2 days since I purchased it and they immediately took great care of me.

It looks like it was all a matter of bad timing since the vehicle is closing in on its 100k mileage maintenance, it was nothing major although I was told that the fix was near the $1K range. Im just happy I got exactly what I paid for and look forward to putting another 100k miles on this one.

Awesome customer service, staff were very knowledgeable and great to work with to get the best deal. Adam and Hamid were probably the best customer service sales personnel that I have ever encountered in my years purchasing vehicles. The experience was better than any other pre-owned car lot I have ever dealt with. The process was smooth. The guys are super helpful and straight with you from the jump.
What really impressed me was their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Before we picked up our car, they changed the ABS sensor that was glitchy. We had a blinker problem with the car not 10 minutes after we drove it off the lot. They happily fixed that problem too.
I've dealt with some shady used car dealers in the past. This place couldn't be farther from shifty. They are really cool dudes and they seem to care about the cars they sell and the customers that buy them.

Great experience buying a car here. A few weeks ago, my car was totaled in an accident (that was not my fault!) so I was not expecting to be car shopping. Adam in particular was super knowledgeable and helpful. He let me ask plenty of questions, was never pushy, and when he didn’t know an answer helped me find it.

I had a third-party inspector go check out the car and they were super cooperative. The inspector gave it a green light (and per THEIR reviews they don’t always do that!) so I felt great making the purchase. Chase helped finalize the purchase and it was quick and easy.

I stopped back in earlier today (about two weeks since purchasing) to ask a question about something I noticed and again Adam was super helpful. Greeted me with a smile even though he was with other customers and helped as soon as he finished with them. Made the whole process easy and gave me peace of mind since I purchased a different make and model than I had before so didn’t know what to expect. He also offered advice for general maintenance when I asked. All around so far so good and I’m happy with my purchase! Thanks guys!

Luxury Motorsports went above and beyond, They gave me a great price on a WRX. Then when work wouldn't allow me to pick it up, they went out of their way to help get the paperwork done and ship the vehicle to me. Outstanding Service 10/10

They were great to work with. I was doing research for months all over the country for a great deal on a car and found one here. The car did not disappoint. Everything was as good as described, the dealer even picked me up at the airport and got me out of there in 90 minutes so I could start my road trip home. Couldn't be happier.

Adam was the representative that engaged me about the vehicle he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and quoted me the price he would be able to sale the vehicle for. He gave me a great deal that beat out all of the competition in the area for the same vehicle. Luxury Motorsport is a honest and trust worthy dealership that I would definitely buy from again. Whole process and post purchase paperwork was done very fast.
Nice selection of vehicles and alot are in good condition and were taken care of by previous owners, no matter year and mileage.

Adam and Chase were great. Actually all the guys there were very helpful and polite. They worked with me on the price enough to where we were both happy. The truck did have a little shake, but with that said I knew it was and as is sale, would up to be very minor bend in the rim, nothing major. I would definitely recommend Luxury motorsports and may even go back to get my wife a car. Thanks again guys, I'm really enjoying the truck.
