My experience with Coleman Auto Group has been the by far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced ! Chase & David are the owners and they were completely honest about the 2014 BMW X5 I just purchased from them ! The entire buying process took less than 3 hours . They let me test drive it , they gave me the option to allow lemon busters to come check out the vehicle for any fixes that could be hiding, they informed me of all the recent repairs they did to the car. I've come to the conclusion that these are honest guys . I've already recommended them to all my friends , family, and coworkers. You know exactly what you are buying with them . They also offered to have the mechanic that they have on property to fix any issues that the car may have in the future. I'm a mom so I needed a reliable car to drive my family in and I received that plus so much more with Coleman Auto Group ! Yes they are salesmen but the quality of the cars they provide sell themselves! Get your next car from them .... I'm sure you won't regret it ! Thanks again guys for helping me buy my dream car !!!

An easy car buying experience. Chase, the owner, was great to work with. A completely different experience vs. a big corporate dealer. We were looking for a car for my son, and found the perfect car. Chase was very easy going, no pressure, and answered all of my questions. He even had some service records on the car. I wanted to bring it to my mechanic, and when I asked him, he didn't hesitate to say yes. I also felt the car (a 2013 Honda Fit), was fairly priced and he gave me a good deal for my trade. Chase even came in on Sunday to look at my trade. Bottom line: Great car buying experience, no hassle, no pressure, no stress, good price. I will definitely go back for another car.

I bought my car from Chase, he was very helpful and my experience was great. I bought this car out of state, 13 hours away and made the right decision by purchasing front Coleman Auto Group. He set me up with a warranty and the car arrived exactly as described. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about the dealership because of the location of the lot but once I got there I was kindly greeted by Chase. I have never really had a great car buying experience because I am younger but Chase made me comfortable about the experience and he could also relate to me. Not only did he give me a good value on my trade-in but he found me a vehicle which I loved and he had all the previous documentation on the vehicle. Lastly, Chase has been part of the car buying process before I bought the vehicle and even after I bought the vehicle. He has made sure that the vehicle he sold me was reliable and that I am still happy with my decision. I will highly recommend Chase to my friends and family whenever they are in the market for a new car. Chase to me is very respectable and professional. Look forward to future business with Chase.

From a sellers perspective. Chase worked to sell my 2015 GMC Acadia, while we were not able to get the original asking price, it was not the normal type of car he would sell and we were able to get a good price for it. He kept me up to date, always took my calls with questions and helped price the vehicle, took even better photos than i did when listing it, and had a great exposure for the vehicle. I have another vehicle and will be listing it with him as well. On a personal note, nice guy, patient and communicates well. Overall, great experience and selling and buying is not always that way, Thank you Chase!

My boyfriend and I were specifically looking for a BMW X5 diesel model. We visited a few other car places before a coworker recommended Coleman Auto Group. Once we arrived, we were greeted by David. I am NOT a car person nor do I know what to specifically ask when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. David was extremely knowledgeable on the specific car we were looking at which made me feel very comfortable in purchasing from him. David and his staff are kind and smart people -- they are exactly the type of people anyone could trust when purchasing a car. They know their stuff, take care of their vehicles, and are helpful to customers. I 100% recommend this auto group!

The car buying experience was better than I expected it to be. We wanted a car for my son and daughter in law. We went to other places and were pressured to decide quickly...not so at Coleman. We took our time weighing all the options and found the right car at the price that fit their budget. (The car had a sticker on the body of the car that we wanted taken off, and it was removed without damaging the paint, while they were signing the paperwork!) If you are needing a good car I recommend Coleman Auto Group, with their honest and knowledgeable staff.

My experience with Chase was extremely positive. He helped me find the right car, at the best price and sell my trade-in vehicle. Since then, he has helped me immensely in finding labor and parts for my car, saving me a fortune on maintenance and upgrades. This is the best place to go in the city if you are looking to buy a new vehicle.

Got this 2012 wrx from these guys and drove it from Texas all the way up to Minnesota without any problems. Really nice guys with decent prices cars. Would highly recommend stopping by to check them out.

We have bought 2 cars from this dealer and we haven’t had any problem with either! Hamid has been an awesome sales man. What we love most is that they don’t pressure you or try sell anything to you, they let you check the car and test it without problem and they are open to negotiate. Cars have decent prices. Definitely recommend them and would buy again from them.

Very casual, no high pressure sales here. They let you test drive and really check out the car so you can feel comfortable with your purchase, as well as tried to answer all our questions as best they could. They didn't pad the final write-up with a bunch of BS made-up fees.

A minor issue came up with our vehicle, and although they didn't have to they immediately offered to fix it for us and it is very appreciated. We mainly worked with Adam but others there seemed friendly as well. Thank you for a great car shopping experience (especially after visiting some other larger dealerships)!

Would highly recommend working with Coleman Auto Group to anyone looking for a car in the Austin area...or anywhere in the country for that matter. I live in Michigan and they were still willing to help make a deal on a car I've been wanting for years. Even with a few hurdles to jump in getting paperwork sorted out properly, Chase was still able and willing to work with me to make the deal happen. I couldn't be happier with getting the car or with the transaction as a whole. Chase was always kind, professional, courteous, and willing to help.

Chase at Coleman was more than willing to help me. Chase immediately got on the phone, making calls to industry counterparts. He was able to sell my ‘17 F-150 to another dealer who’s inventory it complicated appropriately. His work seemed effortless to me, however I know that connections and respect like that, only comes with knowing the business and having a passion for it.
