I've been to this park frequently the past few years and the kids love it every time. I typically bring my 4 and 1 year old and a lot of times I meet up with friends who have kids ranging from 0-7 and they all have a good time! This park offers multiple mostly-shaded playgrounds for olders and littles, sand pit (used to be sand volleyball but the net is broken and the weeds are overgrowing it), tennis courts, basketball courts, pavilions, benches, swings, a cute little garden area (looks a lot more lush in the summer), open lawn, shortish walking/running/biking track around it... I've never used the bathrooms so I can't talk about those, and I do wish they had a fence that a least partially separated the park from the road (not a big deal for most people but for those parents who have runners it could be concerning). All in all great place, we will continue coming here.

We brought my kids (5 & 7) here one morning while staying in Austin. This park really does have everything. Multiple playgrounds for different ages groups, shade coverings, basketball courts, gazebo, walking path, picnic tables, picnic shelter, as well as restrooms and tennis courts. We spent an hour here and would definitely bring the kids back again!

Truly one of the best parks in the area. Really nice play structures for younger kids and older kids, with the spongy surface that feels better than mulch. There's multiples of everything: swings, slides, tunnels, so there's little waiting. And there's sun sails over everything for shade.

Lots to do for all ages. Lots of seating for the parents. Trails to explore. Big covered pavilions with small grills.

The park is clean and well kept. There are many play options, and it's a pretty space. I like that the ground is solid and soft for our friends who can't walk; they can more easily join us on equipment here.

It's a great park with many things for kids to play with. There are two different playgrounds in addition to a swing set, a basketball court, a tennis court, a covered pavilion, and some grills. Oh! And someone (possibly the neighbors behind) created this beautiful Garden for the Wild Things, which is located behind the bathrooms. Bathrooms have always been clean in the four times we've visited this park. There are hand dryers in the restrooms, but so watch out if anyone has children on the spectrum or for whatever reason have a sensitivity to sound. Great Park for kids overall.

There are so many different ways to enjoy Anderson Mill West Park! They have managed to effectively create such diverse selections within a compact space! Park designers pleasantly managed to keep so much of the natural charm I, as a nature enthusiast, thoroughly enjoy 😉 😀.

This is one of the kids favorite parks. They have so many things to do. It is so well shaded and set back from the road.

There is a cute little walking path all around it too.

I love that they have the two separate play areas, each appropriate for different age ranges.

My 4 year old always finds something to do in this park. No fence around it but the road is far enough. Pavilion is spacious, playground equipment is fairly new and suitable for a variety of ages. Partly shaded. Also there's a small trail for riding scooters or bikes.

This is a great park for kids of all ages. It has separate areas for younger children and bigger ones. I have not seen a lot of the playground equipment before and had to try them out! It has a large Pavillion for gatherings and lots of benches for parents/grandparents to rest. Our 3 year old grandson loved the whole playground and out 13 yr-old granddaughter also had fun on the bigger kid side!

Love it, clean and safe. X-Max lighting is gorgeous. it's a walking distance from my house and my kids enjoy the play ground. Just like other parks, the toilets are closed due to Covid-19 restrictions

Large, relatively new playground with ample picnic tables, basketball and volleyball courts, a covered pavilion, and short running trail. Importantly, there are also restrooms here, which is somewhat rare, but handy to have. Overall, a great park that children will love.

This is a wonderful place, with plenty of amenities for children and adults. Parking is sometimes a hassle, but doesn't diminish the quality of the park. An added bonus for Pokemon go players are the 3 pokestops and gym located in a nice circle in the middle. You can also check out the many classes offered through out the week, usually posted on the pavilion board.

I love takink my grandchildren to this park, very quiet with spaces for all ages, equipped with bathrooms and drinking fountains. While the children play I can sit nearby and enjoy nature and birds. I can stil count on space for barbecue and hiking.

The play structures are the best around, love the soft ground around the climbing stuff for safety. Only issues I have with this one no parking lot and no fence or stone wall along the busier road to keep kids safer.

Great park!

2 tennis courts, pavillions, play areas, walking trails and many grass areas for what ever you may wants to do.

It is across the street from Cypress Elementary School so it's a great place to wait for the kids when they get out of school.

Exceptional neighnorhood park.

So much to do here for a wide variety of ages! There were kids from 23 months to 13-14 years all playing today (kudos to those teens' parents - they were being great with all the younger ones). Lots of shade and plenty of places to sit. Will definitely be coming back!
