I chose this State Farm agency, because it's owner and State Farm have a long standing commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Over the past few years I've found this to be consistently true. Their staff is a joy to work with, as they are both personable and knowledgeable. Plus they are responsive and care about fulfilling my unique needs as one of their clients.

I've been with Frank for nearly 20 years now. His service is excellent and he goes over and above the call of duty. He truly is available to his clients 24 hours a day.

Sure, go with state farm if you want to be the one to do all the calling and work. Insurance company IS the one who is suppose to do the phone calls and go after the person that hit you. But not this one, please explain to me why I would be the one to call the person who rear ended me to obtain their car insurance????? My number is the one on the report, they could just block me. The car has full coverage too. Even the girl (lilya) who called me back was rude at first a then changed her attitude. Don’t go with this state farm unless you want to do all the work. At least look at the damage of the car and be a human being and ask if the person is okay. I’m about to have an aneurysm from how unhelpful they have been. The vein in my head is throbbing from how much stress State Farm has caused my family this year. The last accident we had they did NOTHING!!!! And the other car had insurance, that one we were also NOT at fault!!!! If I die, know that this State Farm was the cause of my death.
