Gene was phenomenal! He and his team were truly exceptional. They worked so hard at making sure we got our roof replaced and worked extensively on our behalf with our insurance company to get it reimbursed. The day of installation, the team working on my roof made sure every scrap and nail was picked up around my house. Very thorough installation and clean-up. The roof looks great!

Gene from Meridian was great to work with. He inspected my roof because I thought I might have hail damage on it. Turns out i did. He helped me file an insurance claim, met the insurance adjuster out and was with me every step of the way until completion. He was there with the crew while they tore the old roof off early in the AM and made sure it was going smooth throughout the day until it was completed. The crew was very clean and efficient. We contracted Meridian to replace our roofing and siding due to hail damaged from a recent storm. Gene was our point of contact throughout the whole process, took time to explain how they would install both roofing and siding and the importance when it came to house wrap. Gene help us with our insurance claim process and made sure all damages were documented by the adjuster. Anytime we had questions or concerns we receive a fast response either by text or phone call. Their installation team was professional, timely and cleaned up the job site everyday. I also like to mention that Gene was on the job site everyday as well, his knowledge in the industry regarding products and option is second to none. We live in Deerfield and worked with Gene from late Spring/early summer until this point. Our roof was just completed and we're very happy with the result and experience. These guys did a full roof replacement on my roof. Quality labor job and quality shingles that I was able to research and verify online and thats what mattered to me most prior to making a decision on what company to go with. I worked with Gene, he made the process transparent, and answered in detail all the questions I had. the installation crew was careful during the installation process, covered our deck/plants/sprinklers and lights.

The work was completed within the timeframe as originally planned. Gene did a great job walking us thorough the scope of work and ensuring the work met the quality standards. All the insurance paperwork was reviewed and finalized very quickly with his help coordinating it was all clear. We’ll be recommending Gene and Meridian restoration to others.

Meridian replaced the roof and siding on my house. I could not find any imperfections upon completion of the job and I really tried hard to. Gene, the sales manager and main point of contact was very professional, responsive and provided accurate information. I would recommend them.

We got hail damage on our roof this spring. We got the contact of Mr. Pantel from one of our neighbors. Pantel is very responsive and dedicated. The roof has very good quality. The installation team is very efficient and professional. Overall, we have a great experience to work with them. Highly recommended.
