Fredia is one of the most honest people I’ve ever known. Having worked in this industry for the past 25 years, I would say that the customers who left negative reviews bear some of the responsibility for their rates (accidents, tickets, print payment?) and for the person whose payment didn’t go through, do you keep a close eye on your bank account? Because if you did, you would have known yourself that it didn’t go through. Fredia cares tremendously for her customers and will bend over backwards to help out when she can.
