I've only been twice but was happy to find a new (I guess two yrs old) compounding and regular pharmacy so close to me. They were very accommodating and filled my script in a timely way. They also carry many holistic products and even some handmade jewelry. There's a kids area to play in if needed. Overall happy customer.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. They are fast, friendly and reliable. My cat is on multiple medications that keep her from spiraling due to pancreatitis. I live quite far away so I always have the medications mailed and they always overnight it for me. In 4 years I never had a problem, but this time the mailman lost my package or it was stolen. I called almost in tears, and they immediately prepared two more replacements. I can't tell you what a relief it is knowing my pharmacist cares just as much about my cat as I do! Nailah and I thank you Axis!

I had a prescription that Costco could not fill. I looked for other pharmacies that were covered under my insurance. I tried a competitor and was confronted with a rude employee. I then called Axis Pharmacy NW. The employee that I talked to was helpful. The pharmacist called me before they closed and let me know that Costco had not gotten back to them to transfer the prescription. I called the next day and they had finally heard from Costco. They told me when the prescription would be ready. When I arrived, I was happy to see that they have holistic products. The employee that waited on me was helpful. I was able to talk to the pharmacist and get detailed information on the drug. I will be changing my pharmacy to Axis after this great experience. Thanks!

Axis Pharmacy is the best long term care pharmacy for my Adult Family Home. They are quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and able to resolve any issues.

When it comes to serving the elderly community in a long term care setting, you want to select a pharmacy that is on top of things. Medications are of utmost importance, especially in the elderly population, and so there needs to be a proper flow in medication management. For a number of years, Axis Pharmacy has proven to be a crucial and unbeatable asset to my facility. I also encourage you to choose Axis to experience the same great service that I have.

I love all the events that Axis puts on! I most recently went to the Kombucha making class, and had a great time. The environment in the boutique is very welcoming and well organized, makes it easy to find what i am looking for and even things I wasn't looking for! They have a great selection of natural remedies as well which I appreciate and have enjoyed trying. I just purchased a headache remedy made from essential oils and it works like a charm! The staff is so helpful and kind, I will definitely be going back!

The extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff alone is well worth the visit! On top of that, my medications are always ready for me before I even need them; and if for some reason I can’t pick them up they always either send them to me or deliver them personally!! I’m a customer for life!!

This is a compounding pharmacy. That means they make up prescriptions themselves. They make prescriptions for both people and pets.

They were my kitty's pharmacy for his hyperthyroid medicine for the last 4 years of his life (he lived to be 17). They helped me adjust his dosage through the vet. I really appreciated their help.

They were friendly, patient, would deliver if you wanted, and on top of that they were convenient and always had some street parking.

Simply stunning pharmacy and wellness boutique! Very open and inviting with a great range of holistic products organized in easy to find displays. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations! They also have fun and informative classes and events throughout the month, ranging from making kombucha to learning about the benefits of essential oils and everything in between! I attended both the kombucha and essential oils classes and loved both of them! I'd 100% recommend this boutique for all your needs!

Axis Pharmacy is the cutest boutique pharmacy I have ever visited. Not only can you have your prescriptions filled here but you can browse the holistic supplements and organic skin care lines. Axis pharmacy also holds incredibly informative classes (that typically are accompanied by a discount to the boutique!) Make sure to stop by or frequent the pharmacy if you are in the Mountlake Terrace neighborhood.

The personal have always been helpful and understanding. sometimes i’ve come up short of meds for my cat and they seem to rush the medication as quickly as possible. I certainly have no complaints👍

I got a compound for my dog from here and she loved it and they even shipped it to me for free. The lady who helped me was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome as a first time customer. Highly recommend, I will be back!

These people know their game and you cannot beat the service! i get compounded blends for my dog here. I used to live nearby but now they simply mail them right out. Been using them since before Ballard was cool. :)

Love this pharmacy. They do compounding for veterinary prescriptions and will mail them to us ( we pay postage of course ). Super competent & conscientious.

I have to come here for my cat's medication that is not fda approved. They make it a suspension instead of a pill which is super helpful. The staff are always nice and the medication is usually ready before I expect.

Love working with them for my clients with DD.. always friendly, timely and quick to address rare mistakes. Axis also generously sponsored a holiday event for our folks who are on a very limited income!
