Lippold Park

What a nice fun couple of hours. Great for all ages. Easy to get around. No lost golf balls. Some water fun, too. No drinks are allowed, which is hard on a hot day. No rubbish bins. The course is very clean and beautiful. Kept very well. There is also a practice range for golfers. The only item I'd like to have seen more of is benches

It was definitely what I was looking for. There is trails to walk and jog around the entire park. Really peaceful surrounded by nature.

Great area! There are 4 baseball fields with shade trees for spectators and bleachers for each field as well as a pavilion with bathrooms and concessions. There is a skate park with ramps area, playground, workout area with equipment (maybe 8 different pieces of equipment), batting cages and a huge parking lot so you don't run out of spaces to park no how busy. This was just one side of the park, I didn't make it to the other side to see what was over there.

I love Lippold Park! I grew up playing baseball on all eight fields, and they were always well maintained by the Park District and volunteers. Now, I frequent the mini golf and disc golf courses. The disc golf course especially is my favorite one in the area. Highly recommend a visit to Lippold.

Mini golf was so much fun. We used to go as a family at least once a year for many years but have not been for awhile. We noticed that the course has been cleaned up and restored very nicely. Also, my wife and I now qualify for the senior discount so it was only $5 for us to play :). And, we didn't have to pay for our kids to play - they're adults with jobs and can pay their own way! 😀

Went miniature golfing here and had a blast! Clean setup with easy to read signs. The gentleman behind the cashier window was friendly and helpful.

My son plays soccer at Lippold and is a large venue with many fields. Well kept fields. Parking can get chaotic with large events.

We go to the mini golf course and love it. Recently updated and they have 2 different courses.

Lippold Park is great park to catch a baseball, softball, football, or soccer game. Beautiful park located just outside Crystal Lake. They also have mini golf and LaCrosse.

Lippold Park is a fantastic place to spend time with your family. They have a great playground area that has something for kids of all ages. It has fields for all outdoor activities including soccer, volleyball, baseball and most importantly Disc Golf. Lippold is the first Disc Golf course I ever played. After that first round I fell in love with the sport. Lippold is flat level course that weaves in and out of the forest and swampland. All par 3's, most of which are short enough for potential birdies. I have secured 3 Aces on this course, twice on hole 17. If you are in the area Lippold is a great course to try out even if you have never played Disc Golf before. Well kept concrete tee pads and pins.

Fun little putt putt course. There are 2 courses to choose from. Service was great he told us how we could save money with the group rate.

Love this park - the trails are about 5 - 6 miles long, so you can go for a nice long walk, run or bike ride.

Great place for frisbee golf or frolfing as some call it. Great paths for walking, running or biking. We took our 1year old Wheaton Terrier there. First time!! It was a little bit of a hike back to it, but completely worth it!! Met another lady there with her beautiful dog, Tessa. Very clean, easy use lanyard key tag scan to get in and out. I just wished there had been a few more trash cans available. We will definitely be back with our pup, Petunia!!

Very open and clean. Organized and very well maintained. My kids play soccer there and park staff always around to help. Also a great challenging frisbee golf course is available also. Pet friendly as well as long as a leash and means to clean up after pet.

Great park. Saw a beautiful sunset over the lake and played 2 rounds of miniature golf.

Grew up playing on these fields. It's a special place to play every chance I had. Beautiful fields. The area is a good location. Another part of the park features a driving range and mini golf course. Being away from home, when I think of my days at Lippold Park, nothing but joy and find memories fill my heart.

We love Hound Town. Jake has a lot of great dog buddies. Lippold has plenty to do for everyone and his dog.
