Furama Chinese Restaurant

Went today to get food here for the first time, and I can definitely say that it won't be the last! The owner was extremely nice, and all of the food was really good! She told me that their hours have been updated since 2020, but that the Google listing wouldn't update, so for anyone looking for the new hours, and the menu, I took photos.

Great food, fast service.. I usally order every week or other week.. jenny is really friendly.. what ever you order you can't go wrong but the egg rolls are a must

Excellent food and a real value. The Hot & sour Soup was amazing. I ordered a bowl and my guest and I each ladled 2x into our cups and finished, then i ate 2 more and finished the entire bowl.

I ordered the check special fried rice and added bell peppers. SO good. I did take their advice and only got 5-spicy out of 1-10 scale, and next time I think I would get 7-8.

It is a little dated inside, but since most of the business is carry-out, that is not a huge problem. VERY nice owner Jenny... very social and happy to please. Met the chef and told him the meal was excellent. Will come back again soon.

Hidden gem. Sesame chicken is our favorite dish here. Jenny, the owner, is wonderful, always accommodating our “add shrimp” request to the combo fried rice. The hot and sour soup is also yummy. The building/dining area is not “fresh and new” by any means, but it’s always been clean and the good food and friendly service keep us coming back again and again. Also, Jenny’s very busy running from the kitchen to the phone for carry out orders so doesn’t always answer on the first call - give her a few minutes and call back. It’s worth your wait!

You won’t find another restaurant who comes close to the amazing friendly service and food. The owner Jenny is very genuinely sincere and very friendly. This was my 1st visit to this fine establishment and meeting Jenny who works so very hard to meet all of her customers needs. She and her brother makes the food fresh. I am going to be a regular customer. They deserve a GOLD STAR rating for their outstanding service and food.

We haven't had a bad meal yet. My wife's only complaint is that Jen gives too much food. The portions are generous and delicious. Jen is a fantastic owner/cook/hostess. Too bad they're only open until 7, just order early. It's well worth it.

First time ordering and I will definitely be back!!! The crab ragun is amazing, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken egg rolls and chicken lo mein were all great!!! Good portions as well. The lady working today 6/8/21 was super nice as well!!! Great job see you again!!!

Wow! So glad we tried this place last weekend. My husband, daughter and I stopped in on a whim. It is nothing to look at from the parking lot but the service and food was amazing. It felt very authentic, the owner (I'm assuming) was super friendly and brought us homemade sauces for our appetizer which were delicious. It was a little strange getting bottled water and canned pop but honestly it reminded me of being on vacation in the Caribbean. My husband had the cashew chicken, my daughter had the sweet and sour chicken and I had the best Pad Thai I've ever had and I have tried all the Thai restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely amazing food! Spring rolls and this delicious homemade red sweet sauce and veggie stir fry! Sweetest lady ever who served us. Quick and delicious food. We will be back! Thank you for treating us like family ♥

We have are there twice since new owners. Jennifer is very sweet and she knows her quality in her product. Food was outstanding and fresh. Almost called a carryout tonight. But wife had dinner cooking. Be patient with the interior I'm sure it's on there to do list. You won't regret giving them a try.

My new favorite place for Chinese food. I stopped going there 10 years ago and decided to try it under new ownership, I'm glad I did. The good is fresh and full of flavor, the best Chinese food I have ever had. Jennifer is excited and passionate about her restaurant and it shows. She doesn't cut any corners or spare any expense.

Excellent! I have dined in and gotten a carry out from Furama. Jennifer is wonderful and very welcoming! She goes out of her way to please her customers. If and when you're in the Milford/Highland area, you must try this restaurant! You will not be disappointed in any meal! Delicious wonton soup, too!

Best chinese around hands down. Better than china jade by far. The owner was amazing and kind and very accommodating. She asked my boyfriend to look at an old fridge in the kitchen they need removed and he said it was nice and clean in the kitchen! Always a plus. Great food and will definitely be going back often!

Me and my family have been going here for years. The owner is so friendly, whenever I go in she asks how my mom is doing. My favorite thing to eat here is the steamed chicken buns and wanton soup. I highly reccomend the buns if you're looking to try something new; I think she makes pork buns too.
I primarily get carry out and the food travels well. This is my favorite place to pick up a quick dinner in highland.

Food was really good! Big portion sizes, nice staff. We didn't get gravy for our almond chicken so they gave us soup for free! Recommend them for sure.

This place has amazing food and an extremely outgoing and forthright owner that is the type of person to send you home with extra soup because you sound stuffy. I like hot food and the food here goes from 1 to 10 and 7 was serious spice without running the amazing flavor of the Pad Thai that I ordered. My 4 friends we all raving about their food too.

Very good food. Good portions for the price. The lady who is an owner is very friendly and social. She is concerned about the experience. If you order something spicy, be cautious. She asked for a heat range of 1=10. I picked 7 and it was all I could handle. Very good.

The Egg Rolls are amazing. If you’re from Dearborn they are really similar to Rose Garden. Maybe better. Her special chili hot sauce is delicious. The General Tso was great. Everything got high marks from the 7 of us. We will certainly be back.

Love the level of service at this place- Jennifer is awesome. Also, all of the food I've tried has been top notch. We got a few chicken dishes and all were clearly high quality white meat, nothing was too salty, and everything was just delicious.

The new owner is so sweet! I love the food. The sweet and sour chicken and eggrolls are amazing! She also gave us extra food because we recommended someone. FINALLY a chinese place around town that is good!! =)
