Every time I go in... Paul and his group are quick to help and always smiling. I have spent the last 3 weeks with water issues from softener to water heater to what ever. Paul and All have been helpful and quick to give me ideas and answers. Now with a new softener and water heater release valve, I'm back up and running! I've been going there for a few decades now and will continue to go there with any water issues.

I can't say enough about the customer service. It starts when you walk in the door with a friendly welcome and smile. Every employee is ready to help you find what you are looking for and they have specialists in most departments.

Five star seems to always have what we need. In addition to a broad selection of plumbing, electrical, pool, and fastner supplies, Paul, Erin and the crew have a wealth of knowledge. They are worth the trip to Five Star.

These guys always know exactly what I’m looking for and where it is located. I ran in a couple minutes before closing and they were still happy to help me. Highly recommend.

Always a warm friendly smile, great advice, and a deep selection of that specific little whozamajigger thingamajig that you need to fix your DIY project. Plus, their best kept secret is the “pool club” where you can get a scientific water condition test as many times as you need all year long for a year-long pool club membership enrollment price that also entitles you to a discount on pool chemicals and pool gadgets/tools. Seriously - I’m kicking myself that I didn’t find them ten years ago!

Best hardware store in town (I've been to them all). Every time I come in there is someone that immediately comes to help me find what I need. I consider myself a professional Dad/DIYer so I don't always have hope that the folks at the big box stores will even know how to help me, but at Five Start Ace I actually look forward to the help/guidance. Even if its just to get me to the right shelf quicker than wandering the whole store until I find what I need. They also have much better mechanical/electrical stock that other stores nearby. I can count on them to have an AC Capacitor when it blows in the heat of summer or a specialty bulb, outlet, fixture, or any other commonly needed household part. The owner is a really good guy from what I can tell too. Happy to support local.

Love this place. They even had coarse construction sand... And they loaded it for me.

This is the best hardware store around. I needed to find a long impact bit holder and went to another hardware store near me. Couldn't find one and couldn't find someone to help. Went to 5 star ace and a young gentleman helped me and sold me just what I needed. What took me over 3 hours a few days ago and couldn't accomplish, I now completed the job in less than 15 minutes. Thanks 5 Star - fitting name.

Great place for your home projects. Plenty of knowledgeable employees to assist you if needed. They are also an authorized Amsoil retailer. Small engine, diesel, car and 2 stroke oils.

Friendly, polite, very well stocked. Knowledgeable staff and easy to find someone to help you unlike the big box stores.

Like their " no mask, no service " policy.

Once again got treated like a king. The owner / manager Paul helped out and answered all my questions. Good place to go if you're looking for some personalized service and a large variety of products. I highly recommend this store.

This place is great. You pay more than the big box stores but you will never get the service that you get here. One of the employees help me for 45 minutes with a plumbing need. You’ll never get that at a Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I go here all the time for work and for basic household projects. They have a lot of products for a small building and one of my go-to places to get anything plumbing related. The staff is very knowledgeable and will answer any question you throw at them. If they don't have an answer right away, they will get one. If they don't have something in store, they can usually order it. I've used them the last 3 years and have never been disappointed when I visit.

Great experience having paint mixed to match a color I requested. Very helpful staff and new salespersons being trained. Also ordered a Weber grill for assembly and delivery; smooth process and a wonderful service ACE offers. Sales staff are more than willing to answer questions.
