A Plus is the best!!!! .Ive been living in my condo complex for over 20 years and since A Plus became our management company things got easier and much better around. They always there for you either you got questions or need help with your property. Very nice and friendly but mostly professional people who go extra mile for you. Special thanks to John for his time and knowledge 😁👍

Rented an apartment managed by them. John was my apartment manager and he was very rude, racist and unprofessional. The day I receive the keys he didn’t give us parking tags which resulted in getting my 2 vehicles towed. And when it was time to renew parking stickers he told us he had ran out of tags so we would have to look for somewhere else to park which resulted in getting both vehicles towed for the 2nd time. He also managed to find where my wife worked and was very racist to her. Taking fake phone calls and mentioning “it’s trump calling me” which I have video and audio recordings from the business. When we asked to be refunded for the towing he told me the owner didn't agree with that, so at the time of the orientation I mentioned it to the owner and he said “ I didn’t know this was going on, John never mentioned you guys where have parking problems” which the owner then agreed to give us 2 months rent free as a refund. There were 3 other people at the orientation who were part of A+ management which they were very helpful and agreed that John was very unprofessional for not having everything ready before handing the keys and taking taking the money. At the time of moving out I requested my deposit which we only received half. Because according to John the apartment was left a mess. Which wasn’t true because my wife stay a week living in the apartment to clean it out since we were moving out of state. He mentioned that the appliances were brand new when we first moved in and now they had stains on them and the fridge was left dirty. Not sure what cleaning company charges over $600 to clean a 2 bedroom apartment, but We lived there for 2 years and he was expecting the appliances to look brand new. The fridge was dirty when we moved in, there was food in the fridge from who ever was remodeling the unit and he told us that they would clean it out, when we moved in the food was gone but there freezer was disgusting and had to be cleaned and had to let it vent out from the night and i mentioned it to him and he took pictures of it when we moved in. So as far as I know it was cleaner than how we received it. I’m giving A+ management a 3 star because apart from John everyone else was great with us. But they should really look into getting rid of him.

They don't know anything about running a condo. They don't know the Illinois condo act, they allow the board to do as they please whether legal or not. They don't answer questions ever. Still waiting over a yea for one to be answered. And than when you ask again for an answer they pass you onto the lawyer. Don't waste your money with them, they will just take it and run

I had over payment on my account and sold the property. Now the company will not refund me the money.
