I’d argue that they are TOO FRIENDLY here. It’s 9pm on a weeknight and chatty Cathy cashier is holding up the line. She was is everyone’s business based on what you were buying. Let me pay and leave!!

Good staff. Always well stocked. if you find an item on sale pretty good prices too

Pharmacy is great.

Store has been open for 6 years and it still looks brand new on the inside. Nice staff. I always love talking with them and the people in pharmacy. Mike the head pharmacist is the BEST! They change the staff every now and then, but I have not had any major problems with this store. Its better then most. Some Walgreens have very rude employees and are dirty on the inside. This store is still neat, clean, organized and has friendly employees. I hope its stays that way.

They have changed the pharmacy hours but the hours on the website do not reflect the new hours. If you try to call the pharmacy, you are put on hold and eventually disconnected. One of the new female technicians was loudly making fun of one of the customers in the drive up window. I get messages that my medications are ready and then I go to pick them up & am told that they are not ready. This pharmacy was not like this just a few years ago. What on earth happened?

Went to pick up a prescription in person at this Walgreens. Although the pharmacist was very nice, the pharmacy was totally disorganized and unprofessional. My five year old granddaughter noticed that the floors were filthy. We don’t usually used this Walgreens and now I know why. I would recommend the local CVS over this store.

70% of the time (a C grade) they have the prescription you need in stock and if you use the mobile app and drive through you are set. 30% of the time they don't have the staff to help and the prescription is not in stock. If you call for help you are out of luck. The automated phone system is horrible, no matter how urgent the matter they want to waste your time asking to take a survey. Even if you press zero. They are chronically understaffed. I just moved my latest script to Osco which had it in stock. The Osco automated phone system let me hit zero and speak to a staff member immediately.

Lately it seems that I have to wait 15-30 minutes to get a prescription, even if I am the only one waiting. Very difficult to call, you can wait 45 minutes to get anyone to answer. Some pharmacy staff are also quite rude. I used to have a good experience with this location but not over the past year or so.

I was on hold for 35 min with pharmacy. I finally hung up. They need more staff.

Walgreens as an entity has poor operations, bad technology and frequently require a week of time to complete a refill

Walgreens corporate needs to invest in technology, reengineer their operations and orient their staff to providing healthcare rather than staffing their stores with overworked, bitter retail agents
