Jewel-Osco

It's really big and clean here. Everything is easy to find and the staff are all friendly as well. Not to mention the weekly sales are insanely good.

Not until I moved away did I realize how fortunate I was to have this place next to my house. The veggies and lettuce section always had a good selection of organic. More importantly, the produce was always fresh. The mixed greens would always be over a week away from expiration and they'd keep forever (plenty of other stores you buy and the thing is rotten in a day or two).

I come here all the time for groceries but today was the first time I needed to buy floral arrangements. The ladies behind the counter could not have been more helpful. They helped me arrange, select and create beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres. So friendly, so helpful. I will definitely use Jewel-Osco again for my floral needs. I highly recommend them

I went to Jewel-Osco and bought different kinds of foods that was on sale. Like porkchops and chicken and steak. Every day and night customers can shop at Jewel

Good deals. Good stock. Lots of variety. My only complaint shared by many of stores is the use of digital coupons. Same efficient place (later update).

A very clean store as always especially during the pandemic. All the staff are nice and happy to help you find an item. The cashier's work as fast as they can even when there's a million people waiting and always smile and ask you questions about your day, how you're doing, etc. Great place to shop

Great local Jewel! Full time staff are friendly and remember people. Young local teens/20s work here too so it feels like a community store.
Store has everything I need except for more specialized foods but even then you get surprised with what they do stock.
I used to drive 15mins away to go to Mariano s but this is 1min drive away and still a great store.

I felt sick walking in fighting low sugar and after effects of chemo. I ate and felt better immediately. The oatmeal and blueberries was healing the breakfast burrito filling. Happy I went. Cost did not matter. Great waitress and service

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to share this story. I did my shopping and realized I forgot my money at home. I asked the customer service woman to please hold my food. When I got back she had already rang it up for me to save me time. The name on the receipt is Sandra. She could not have been kinder or more helpful. This is customer service taken to a whole new level. Thank you!

Moved to this area recently. Came here two or three times now. Standard Jewel. Had everything I needed. Had plenty of meat, although prices are up due to pandemic (but that is like everywhere). The beef about 8 bucks a pound. But, they also had ground turkey for 3 bucks a pound. Staff was friendly and helpful. No reason to deduct any stars.

My twin boys birthday is April 30 and I came in to order a specialty birthday cake made and the lady that took care of me was very helpful and made some great suggestions on decoration on the cake. I want to say thank you very much

Staff is usually friendly and helpful. The sushi is pretty good for grocery store sushi, I'm always a fan of picking some up for a snack and not too expensive. Always sales so there's good prices on most items.

I live very close by so I’m always going by, I have a card so I’m like a member so I get like the perks and the discounts, you could get an IPass from there, you could cash change there and get scratch tickets there, it’s a pretty big grocery store, and it also has a deli so you could get like fried chicken or chicken wings or like fries, they also have soup. There is lots of stuff you could get from there

This jewel store is always nice and clean and always stocked. The only problem I have is when they move things around.which isn’t that often.The staff in all departments are very nice and more than willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Their always very friendly.

The Deli is excellent. I don't know how or why but every time I get there they are putting out fresh chicken and tator babies, it's so good. What makes it better is seeing the deli people in the backroom work together with a smile. They are laughing having fun. I appreciate seeing that.

A great grocery store with reasonably priced produce. They have great weekend deals. They also have a bakery section where you can get custom made called. If you buy a teammate cake they will quickly write something in the frosting for you working minutes

Always is a very pleasant experience when I stick to the shopping list and get what we need and check out, store employees are always very friendly and helpful!!👍👍

Though it seemed slightly nicer than the Jewel-Osco in Niles and Des Plaines, this one in Hoffman Estates is nice and the Service Desk saw that I had FedEx packages to check and the lady there already was setting up her iPhone to do the check-in. Wow! WTG!

We go here because at this jewel they have really good 🍣 and they make it the way you want it. Unlike any other place I've been to. And we've never had an issue with anyone who works there even when there busy they are never rude to us.
