This store is one of the best for customer service and actually putting the work in to help the customer with their needs. There’s a gentleman there named Jake who really knows what he is doing and makes what should be a headache actually manageable! I had a problem with my previous phone company and had to switch over to Verizon and he worked his tail off to navigate through all of the hold-ups. Go here if you want decent results.

Went in, very helpful friendly employee helped me with my phone. He was a wizard and got it working, after I thought I tried everything. I was fully expecting to have to pay for a new phone. Nope the wizard fixed it in 30 seconds. Thank you Mr. Wizard.

Just wanted to thank Jacob and Nathan for great customer service. Jacob answered our questions, recommended the phones that worked best for us and was very polite and respectful. Nathan helped find us saving and assisted Jacob when necessary. I was impressed that these two men worked together so well. Nathan helped Jacob with a calm demeanor even when it was busy. And that Jacob was able to transfer from a broken phone was amazing! Great team!
