This goes to Adam specifically, very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions regarding snow blowers, even went the extra mile and gave me information on an independent guy can use my old broken one for parts. Wanted to put out recognition to someone who still believes in customer service because sadly it does not exist anymore.

It's always a great experience at the Crystal Lake Menards. Staff is so friendly and they go out of their way to help assist customers (IN EVERY DEPARTMENT). They always have what I need! thank you!

Cheryl from lighting was able to guide us to this lovely 12 G wire, and converse intelligently about porcelain light sockets, as well as the difference, if any, with stranded 8g impedance vs. solid.

Gabe taught us how to sealcoat the driveway and fill in cracks.

The Diamond Crystal salt, thus far is 100% white, clean, bright, & without odor.

The checkout staff could be less prissy.  Josie yelled "What are you guys even doing" after she got stabbed scanning a previously returned spool of Grey 12g that was rewrapped with saran wrap.

Customer service is key, and had it not been for the accusative comment, we would have turned around and spent another grand in the store.

Recommend this store without reservation. This store makes any job seem less intimidating and opens your mind to endless project possibilities.

I have been getting building materials from them since 1970. I wish they had one in Fort Myers Florida

2021- We went in to do a kitchen design and our experience was way better than the competitors down the street. Haley helped us and she was freaking amazing! She was patient, gave us all our options and didn't tell us no to any design we had in mind unless it absolutely didn't work. I would recommend this locating and their staff for any kitchen designs you may go through with. We also were able to save a ton of money and keep all our products American made.
We will be going to this location again and again. I will be recommending them for kitchen design as well! I am so excited to get our products!!! Seriously, best experience ever!

Always have what we need and better prices than home depot for the same manufactures.

The curbside pickup isn't really curbside. You can order online and pick up is in the store. The pickup area is all the way to the back left of the store near the lumber yard (see photos). Margaret and the other gentleman in the pickup order department were fantastic. They were helpful & friendly.
I had no wait to pick up my order. It was the most pleasant experience that I've had, aside from the pickup isn't out on the parking lot like some other stores. There's handicapped access parking as well as handicapped access front doors. The staff and the manager all were friendly at the checkout. The manager or employee named Hannah was very pleasant as I was on my way out.

Kris from the Kitchen dept. offers very good service and advice, he very thoroughly went thru the whole plan of my kitchen cabinets. very patient and was able to offer ideas and help make my kitchen plan better. overall 5 stars on costumer service.

Found what I needed easy enough. Check out lines were short, but the cashier had some issues getting stuff to scan. But I was able to get done there quite easily due to my familiarity with the store.

Employees are always helpful when asking how-to questions and go out of their way to show me where products are. Great store!

They have almost everything! The store is huge but there always seems to be a store attendant around to help fine what I need.

Don't be surprised if they literally escort you to the aisle you need to go down and even help you choose the item that would be best for you. Their prices are comparable to Walmart and, sometimes. even a little cheaper. Anyway, that's what I experienced.

Friendly staff! Always someone around to help locate and item. They will walk you to the location instead of just giving you the aisle number. Good prices. The lumber yard staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist in loading and locating whatever you need.

Great online ordering and pick up service. Very secure & prompt. Rebates are still a pain. Would rather have the 11% off at checkout... similar to Kohl's cash. Give a receipt or coupon to spend a week or 2 later, only valid for a week. "Menard's Money" or "Menard's Mega Bucks" for example.

I needed to replace a bathroom faucet, never done it, came in with just the handle that my son broke off. Had no clue where to begin. The staff was so helpful in explaining what I needed how to do it and even offered some saving tips for the future. It was a lot easier then I thought. Thanks to your wonderful staff!

Went here late on a Sunday. Flooding on the second floor damaged the ceiling.

Gabe, who works in the paint department rocks. He took extra time to make sure the ceiling paint was exact.

He valued me and my time to make sure I didn’t need to come back.

This location does not have the automated propane purchase/exchange so had to go the back of the store to get a tank then take it outside to get it filled. Not the most convenient, but Chris was most patient and helpful in getting the track filled!

The staff here is always very nice and helpful. I was searching for an item that I had looked up online, and was having trouble locating. A member of the electrical area asked if I needed help, and proceeded to hunt down the item for me in their system, and led me to it.
