All in all a great experience. I was seen promptly with no waiting. The doctor explained everything, asked if I had any questions and there was no feeling of being rushed. The young male optician was excellent. He helped me pick out four frames to try. I wish that I had the money for 2 pairs because it was hard to narrow it down among the final 2 frames.

I can not express how kind, helpful, and understanding every person I have interacted with is! They return calls promptly, take your concerns seriously, and do it with a smile. It is refreshing to have a medical practice of any kind be so responsive and caring. I am extremely happy to have them on my side. Also the office is very clean, easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Everyone I encountered during my appointment was pleasant and thoroughly professional. Doctor Vienn explains very clearly what he's doing and what he's seeing. I highly recommend him and Maine Optometry in Brunswick

This is a very good business. They have plenty of employees, which means that they help you quickly and efficiently. The optometrists are all excellent. I recommend them!

Their staff is always very helpful and welcoming. They were so accommodating recently when I had to place an urgent order for contact lenses--I might be able to get contacts cheaper online, but this is a local business/medical practice and that is a huge plus for me!
