Wonderfully, the food was at regular temperature, and after eating we stayed and they gave us a couple of popcorn-style potatoes!

Got two fish sandwiches, fries and two senior drinks. Food very good and quick service.

Food was fine but the service was outstanding . A middle aged African-American man (sorry didn’t get his name nor was it on the receipt) handled my drive thru order and was very polite and professional. It was refreshing to see someone in the fast food industry actually care and put in the effort to be so courteous.

The shift manager went abobe and beyond for me. I was craving their fully loaded fries and didnt know they qasnt carrying them amy more. He made some for me. So awesome

I was at Arby’s on fri 1/3 around 1pm. There was a young girl, long dark hair who couldn’t of done a better job. She was so pleasant, suggested different sauces that mix together well. Told me all about happy hour menu. I’ve been working in customer service for 50 years, this young lady did an outstanding job! I also must say that this Arby’s does an outstanding job of hiring they are a treat to deal with. Good job. Food was delicious also.

The employees a young lady and man were very nice, the food was made perfectly, the restaurant was clean and from the order spot, the kitchen was clean and in order. Great job.

Food excellent. Their Ruben sandwich is one of my favorites along with any of their shakes. The perfect place to share a cool drink with a warm friend.

Our family's first experience was GREAT! Team member (Nelson) helped and took our order, even suggesting menu items. Friendly and great attitude all throughout our indecisive drive thru ordering. Loved our choices and will be going back! Med wrap was delicious!😋

Top go to Arbys. Last couple times I've been wanting fast food this is the place to go. Always good and never mess up orders. Very kind staff.

Was happy they have drive thru, curly fries were cooked perfect lightly crispy outside soft inside. I've been told they've only been open a short time , but service was quick and efficient for a lunchtime rush.

Today I visit Arby’s drive through in Lockport IL. And I’m giving a shout out to Nelson, kudos on a great day of customer service you rendered to me. I needed a great smile and great tone in your voice when taking my order. And my husband loves the food.

Service was great, food was good. Place looked amazing except for the ceiling tiles in a corner of the restaurant, looked like they were going to come down. Other than that it was a great experience

Just went to Arby’s in Lockport and went through the drive-through . Had wonderful service, warm food, and received the correct food. Had double roast beef, and chocolate shake. And the food was very good.
